  1. Luton getting their money's worth this season 😅.
  2. They're all bad decisions, to be fair. It's a bit like spending £50 and saving £20.
  3. True enough, but that pales into insignificance when considering how much goes on player wages. That's also less than it cost to bring in, then dismiss Dan Ashworth 5 months later.
  4. Are you talking to me? Hard to know when you don’t quote 😅.
  5. We'd probs be better off if the fans en masse put the same amount of effort into getting at Venky's as they are to getting at a manager who was only here for about a year.
  6. It's a bit like Jehovah's Witnesses and their Doomsday Theory. One day, they may be right, to be fair, but it's no way to live your life, is it?
  7. He's loyal to Eastbourne in the National League South, when Blackburn Rovers of the second tier come calling? Reyt then.
  8. As others have opined, the usual Rovers pattern to the following: 1) Big away following 2) Grudge match 3) Team out of form Is an easy win for the out of form team. We've been here before.
  9. Smashing £20k a week on someone that isn’t even close to being match fit, and is now suspended, is looking like a worse and worse decision, with each passing match.
  10. Can anyone see us getting back in the top 5 after today? Be honest.
  11. Ref has obviously finished giving us any more decisions, with that blatant foul on Weimann not given, with Norwich on the attack.
  12. Why on earth he’s not taking more care when he’s on a yellow already, is beyond me.
  13. Been a tight game, Rovers finishing strong here. Really need a late goal though, with Cov now winning…
  14. If there was VAR in the Champo, Hyam would be off.
  15. He doesn’t play in the same position as Rice, so comparisons aren’t really relevant. Appreciate he’s one of our own and we’re keen to hype him. But, whilst there’s every reason to believe that eventually, he’ll be a better player than Rice, he isn’t there yet. Unless of course, we’re talking about a different Declan Rice to the one with 62 caps for England, who’s played in the Champions League a fair bit 😅.
  16. But then, we've (the mods/site admin) been accused of bias, silencing certain viewpoints and allowing other viewpoints more than we should have already, so I think people still have a right to their view, to be fair. Either way, for what its worth, I find labelling views as being 'happy clappers' or 'negative' absolutely tedious in reality.
  17. Depends on how you see it really. Whingeing about something or whingeing about whingeing, they're both still whingeing tbh.
  18. Frame it, then hang it in The Tate, 💙.
  19. First part in bold yes, second part in bold no. Whilst people obviously have their views on the forum (which is their right and I have no issue with), I still think we've got to try.
  20. Nope, date still to be re-arranged, Suspect that will be prioritised now there's a new manager in place.
  21. I don’t really have a view, other than, to welcome him and hope he does the business here. He absolutely gets a clean slate, like any new boss. Apart from Owen Coyle, he can still go feck himself.
  22. If you read that really quickly, it looks like Lewis Baker.....
  23. 200 job losses, but £380k p/w for Casemiro who can't run any more. Penny wise, pound foolish.
  24. The last team to beat Leeds? That would be us.
  25. Aaand, that's obviously not what I said.
