Fair funny that he’s a former defender, but his teams can never defend….

Went to watch Fontaines DC last Friday. Absolutely bang on, really good gig.

His post-match was an exercise in self-delusion.

No it wouldn't. Think back to similar recent events of mass disorder and how many people were nabbed from CCTV retrospectively. Efforts are ongoing in different ways, as I'm sure you know.

So, you aren't willing to do anything, but you expect everyone else to risk their liberty and storm the pitch? Okay then. Thing is, even if that did happen, I'm unconvinced it would make any difference.

Fundamentally, I completely agree with this bit in bold. Only things I'd say are that the world has changed a lot and many people aren't willing to risk a criminal record (can't blame them on that score tbh, as there are cameras everywhere and not just CCTV). Plus, it does get a bit old when people call the fans out for not doing anything, but they wouldn't do anything themselves.

We all know the why= money. But that still doesn't make it right. You'd have thought a match going fan would have some empathy with other match going fans, but as you've demonstrated before, that isn't the case.

But they are there and have been there for the last 15 years.

We aren't finding it difficult to sell players though, are we?

That is absolutely embarrassing.

As much as I don’t want this to be the case…. I think we’ll be 2-0 down inside the first ten minutes, the players will be serenaded with a chorus of boos, we’ll rally for a bit and make it look like we’re trying, without having all that much intent. We’ll bag in the last ten minutes to give us some hope, then pass it around aimlessly, get caught in possession, then Brum will score on the counter and ruin our day.

Whilst I think Travis has been shafted and portrayed as the bad guy for wanting to leave, once the club knew that was the case, they shouldn’t play him and they should get on with the sale. Not like they’ve no recent experience of selling players, is it?

In terms of things that angered me under Venky’s, I’m not sure Mowbray even makes the top 20.

Morning Everyone, just letting everyone know that I've just handed in my resignation to the Fans Forum. I'm sure there will be a replacement announced in due course. Being completely honest, this has been on the cards for a while, but I've tried to soldier on. Sitting in a room and remaining civil with people I believe are responsible for the destruction of the club has just become too difficult. This, coupled with all the drama surrounding the release of the minutes and criticism of forum members has made me question why I'm doing it at all, to be honest. I can certainly think of better ways to spend my time. I've not been able to achieve what I set out to do and because I don't think the club will prosper until our owners leave, I think sitting in a room with them quarterly, just adds to this frustration. No matter what people may think of my contribution, I know that I never let anyone off the hook, always held the club responsible and without blowing my own trumpet, I'm confident I represented the message board with pride.

Apart from 7 in the league last season......

As much as the main problems at the club involve those above him, I'm very concerned about this guy. 2-0 down in under 5 minutes last night. Not the sign of a happy camp. It's happened that many times under these owners though, that it doesn't even surprise me any more tbh.

No we don't and it's only transitional because the owners won't fund the club properly. There is no long term plan, only to cut costs.

I mentioned that they should give the LT a shout as they’d reported it. They seemed surprised.
