No need for a special kit. It should be the blue halves against the red halves. If however then we could use something similar to Nike in the world cup where the goalkeepers had half style kits but the same colour only two different shades. Like man uniteds keepers still use. Maybe Our current blue and a slightly lighter shade of it.

A travel company who i know the boss of are doing a deal. Leeds to Amsterdam on the wednesday - returning back on the friday. 2 nights accomodation and also train fare paid from amsterdam to rtotterdam return. Total - £110 each

Its 50km from rotterdam to Amsterdam so 1 hour on the train seems a long time. Anyone finding any flights for really cheap? Cheapest iv seen so far are £126, with £6 per person for the travel insurance. Any decent cheap hotels in Rotterdam?

Only team i really fear in our group is Feyenoord. All the rest i think we have the players to beat. Feyernoord however will be tough!

Hopefully now that we had poor officials yesterday it won’t happen again against Liverpool, as it seems to each year. It’s great to see that Reid, Nelsen & Roberts (Prior to 2nd half yesterday) have all been out and we are still on a decent run. It should only be good news therefore when they do all return. Good games yesterday from Emerton, Neill, Bentley, Gamst, McCarthy & Brown, Jeffers (2nd half). Special mention to Bentley who I thought put a lot of effort it. The only 1 gripe I have about him is that he often pulls out if it’s a 50/50 and I just wish he would stick his boot in abit more. Ooijer is still making mistakes but I think that is down to the fact he hasn’t adapted to the pace the game is played at. The 1st goal – he was in the perfect place, however nobody made him aware that Heskey had made a run from behind him and was about to pounce. When was the last time we won 4 on the bounce? Liverpool away is the biggest task we face now. That will be tough; they haven’t lost many at home for some time. I just hope to god we are on form that day!

Rovers should of made it £5 all round, rather than just for concessions. I know its cheap but its the 1st round and a way to try and get the supporters to push the club through to the next round. :ph34r: Its pathetic that FREE tickets might not be taken by some with the crap reasons of 'id rather go the pub' or 'id rather watch eastenders', however what else can the club do?! They are not to blame - the PART-TIME supporters are! (Thats not aimed at any1 with genuine reasons for not going) Also imagine if we do get through and we make it onto one of the channels like ITV 4 - what sort of attendance can we expect then, 10,000?

Nonda is looking like a real coup by Hughes – Once again!! Mokoena, Nelsen, Nonda? Ever heard of them prior to Mark Hughes? Na me neither to be honest. Nonda said in the Lancashire Telegraph yesterday that he has much more to come and that he is 3-4 weeks away from full fitness. So god help teams if that comes true! Nonda looks strong and quite quick and with improved fitness will come improved pace. He appears to have a very quick thinking, footballing brain and I think he is very dangerous in the air. Im sure he will continue to improve and hopefully due to his injury record the fee we set shouldn’t be too high come the end of the season. Who’s that scoring Rovers goal, is it a Nonda! Is it a Nonda!

Will be a tough match for us but I think that Nonda is capable of causing problems and I also think our set piece play will now start getting better. 2-1 Rovers. If we can win this one then it will set us up nicely for Salzburg & Wigan.

I think the young adult tickets should be an option for all games on a ticket by ticket basis for both home & away fans - however proof of I.D needs to be checked. If they havent got I.D then they dont come in on a reduced price - simple!
