  1. Past hour
  2. Buckley is an example of new contracts for players is not always a good idea .. The only other club he has been linked with & who took him were a broken & desperate Sheffield Wednesday and he couldn’t even break into that team & lucky for them & unfortunately for us he did his shoulder in …He will slide down the leagues just like Jason Lowe … Pears Hopefully Eustace will save us ….
  3. If he can't seemingly motivate himself to play for us, I fail to see how he will do so for Wigan, or any league 1 club tbh! I've posted it many times before but he's one of the strangest players I can remember for us.
  4. both of them need to **** off.pears is`nt very good and buckley has all the talent but no application, provided we can get some more players in to replace them ,im`e not so bothered about those two leaving
  5. Did you watch the game? De Neve was dreadful, its as simple as that. As fans we can only judge him on the brief glimpses we've seen. Was he really the best thing since sliced bread after a tap in? 😳 If people are exaggerating his poor performance today, you're most certainly doing the same for the Everton game.
  6. I would suggest the best way to describe him - based on the majority of his performances for us - would be 'a giant number 2'.
  7. Well done fellas but how the fuck did you not get Paul Dickov? πŸ˜‰πŸ˜˜
  8. Pears doesn’t want to be a number 2. Val prefers Toth (rightly so). Probably too early for Michalski to be number two. Needs to be playing regularly for his development.
  9. No Buckley surely means baradji is all but a done deal
  10. If we move Pears and Buckley that just creates more holes in the squad. I'd prefer to keep them around than have more youngsters or cheap replacements.
  11. Some comments are taking it out on the players, useless de neve, he was the best thing since sliced bread when he scored the winner against Everton. Give them some slack, and let's see them in action when the Championship starts.
  12. Looks to me like the Dutch had it planned out no Rovers supporters allowed, and no overnight stay for the Rovers team.
  13. If it had been at Ewood it would have been 4-0 to rovers. The Dutch would have been knackered before a ball was kicked, and outsung if they weren't allowed in.
  14. Today
  15. Rangers playing catch-up already and Celtic haven’t even kicked a fucking ball yet.
  16. Who could have possibly predicted such as strange occurrence?
  17. Early days but it looks like Martin’s ego is exceeding his players’ abilities again.
  18. Their forum makes amusing reading, Apparently he played Rothwell as the deepest of his midfield 3, and a right back (Max Aarons) at left back I have no dog in the whole Rangers/Celtic thing, but I vehemently dislike Russell Martin, so for as long as he is there, I wish them nothing but disaster & disappointment
  19. Apparently they've faced 51 shots in 3 games. Can't see this ending well
  20. Brad Lyons - Kilmarnock. Ex rovers. Has come on leaps and bounds. I wonder if we had a buy back/sell on Clause? Could provide really good cover both in defence and central midfield. Be a neat addition... Christ we are scraping the bread bin aren't we at this stage..
  21. I would suggest you read Ismael's post match comments about Pears and Buckley. https://x.com/_ElliottJackson/status/1951692224795664426
  22. You need ti get 3 a time in then usually one turns out quite good, one flatters to deceive and the other is useless. We wait with baited breath to see what this season brings but i really fear there'll be nowt decent this time because they don't want to pay the wages anymore.
  23. I laughed tonight when I saw Russell Martin's interview after Rangers had drawn against Motherwell. He actually said some of the Rangers players have to drop their egos........as he ran his fingers through his dyed hair and stroked his beard. Rangers were booed off by their fans who clearly aren't liking his Primark Pep style of football.
