I think it may have done as the amount owed to the parent undertaking increased by almost that exact amount (£10,919,918) in the year ending 30/6/24 accounts. You do have to wonder how the club made a profit but ended up owing more to the Venkys mind…

His agent let's say isnt exactly quiet on the issue in private groups Got to remember he signed a new deal only 6 or so months after joining for 300 a week. He hasn't signed anything since. Personally would be offering 10/12k a week. His performances towards end of the season, whether putting himself out there for a move or not, he showed he can reach very good championship standards. You also know you are going to get 100% pretty much every single game.

If we are trying to impose a £10k per week maximum for ALL players, then by definition older, more loyal players will not be offered enough for them to sign. The only exception is Dolan , who has been on nowhere near that maximum. So please no-one hold your breath on the existing players re-negotiating their Contracts. The Accountants are in charge.
