If signing a player injured, who plays very little or not at all (He may well play yet who knows) then it shows that making the team, let alone improving it, is secondary to ensuring that the signing takes place For whose benefit is that then, certainly not Blackburn Rovers.

Do we manage to field a team and full set of subs? I remember a couple of decades back seeing Rishton ladies playing Everton or one of the big clubs down on the field behind Norden, Rovers ladies don’t seem far from being back at that point. A remarkable step back.
