Good news news with Alibousi, not as bad as first thought, the medical staff are going to assess him this week and Hayden Carter back in training, could be considered for Saturday. We just need a winger, and more firepower upfront. -
They ‘do it for the fans’. Ahhh, that’s nice of them.

Just watched the whole thing. Don’t think there’s anything new that’s not been mentioned on here but good to hear it in one place rather than reading through the various back and forth messages to get the full story. -

And that is the reason these two Hats know they can get away with it...we're too apathetic as a fanbase, too nice. No way would this have been tolerated at West Ham,Newcastle,Millwall or your Gaff. Btw...do you still sell 'Brummie Burgers' at St.Andrews?☠️ -
2025 Summer Transfer Thread. 😂

didn't we do it when Appleton was here and he wanted to sign DJ Campbell and Jerome Thomas? Miller mentioned getting to the PL during his interview and that the plan under Gestede and Ismael. I think Ismael is Gestede's choice for the head coach job and they are aligned along with Adam Owen. People forget about Adam Owen and his range of contacts he has I also think Ismael wanted to push on this season and I don't think he expect Brittain and Travis to move on and I think he expect them to re-sign here long term. This hasn't happened for him but he isn't to blame and he has dealt with the situation with understand but telling the supporters what has gone on. hence why we seen his mention this season has a transition season -

Leonard is a young lad, he is 21 years old that isn't a young lad, Tyjon is a young lad But you missing players like Buckley, Pears, Leonard(via a loan). Plus some people wanted more signings without thinking what we have in terms of players and players we need to go, but also 25 man squad registration rules and you don't want an inflated squad. I see Henriksson has the replacement for Weimann plus Tyjon aswell. Yes no problem with Miller, Hyam, Wharton and McLoughlin going forward for the corner but we didn't need everyone in the box, why did Tronstad and De Neve stay on the end of the box with Ribeiro staying back on the half way line. We had a point in the bank at that stage. 3 points would have been great which it should have been in all fairness. I don't know Damien Johnson isn't doing the shooting practice warm ups in place of Lowe Johnson did some warm ups with Tronstad ad Taveras when Whitehead was warming up with the back 4. -

Some comments I found a bit odd there. We support our club because of our rivals. No you support your club because it's your tribe. If your rivals were no more you'd still support your club. If your club ended up in the National league you'd still support them. The Venkys aren't affected by anything protests, economics etc. Why are they there if it's not to make money? If your fans stopped buying merchandise and boycotted then debts would cripple them. You'd probably sell all your good players, get relegated and eventually you'd reach a point where they would no longer be able to afford to run a football club. It does require your fans to be more vocal though so your dissatisfaction is highlighted at every opportunity. I watched the last game and didn't see any banners saying Venkys out or hear your fans venting their anger at the board. -

You mention Sky Sports Subscription going up, when I renewed my Sky TV contract it was down by small amount but still reduction. gives fans options on what games. Alot of fans last season and past season were complaining about not being able to see their team being played on TV given it was moved for for whatever reasons. Now they listened and decided to put them all on TV for the fans. Yesterday, I picked the wrong 2pm game to watch and I found the Chelsea game boring to watch. Expected better. No this again RF99. I have said previously I have no interest paying more for TNT Sports subscription than for my Sky Sports Subscription plus Sky Sports have the sports I wanted to watch like PL football, EFL, F1, cricket, NBA and Darts. TNT doesn't and it is that simple. You don't pay for either Sky Sports or TNT subscription I believe so please keep coming on with your high horse comments again The PL has become exactly what they wanted and its popularity just keep growing and growing. Its a global brand but without the TV rights and sponsorship most clubs would be screwed, that how clubs make the baulk of the money apart from Transfer sales. Fair points but alot of that is down to Ownership decisions and I don't what the FA or EFL can do legally. probably cos they expected a season of ups and downs given Frank has gone plus some key players have moved on or will do so. Plus I guess they are being over judgemental on Keith Andrews after one game like plenty of people would be

I'd stick with the same 11 if we can do (Alebiosu potentially injured?) You could make a case for starting Gueye over Ohashi but I think the rat should stay the same. Actually a shame that Forshaw isn't available, as I think subbing him on for Tavares might have just got us a point or even a win against Birmingham. - Today

Not at all, all I asked was would you like to see Gestede succeed ? I wasn't being smart, it's just that some never even gave him a chance right from the off, in fact he was getting grief before he'd even started. I'm certainly hoping he knows what he's doing football wise. -
