The latest order from the hearing on Monday has been posted. The TLDR (but I may be wrong): Venky's want to send £4.9m to the club. It looks like Suhail sent a letter in March requesting this amount to cover contract and statutory obligations from April-June 2025. The court is allowing partial relief (50% bank guarantee instead of 100%) to facilitate urgent financial support, but keeping in mind the active investigation and national foreign exchange regulations. ED has filed a complaint with the 'Adjudication Authority'. The court will consider whether to remove need for bank guarantees at a future date. Next listed for 5 August 2025.
