  1. Past hour
  2. Whilst Hull had a transfer ban too I might add, shows what they thought of him.
  3. PNE. Proves something or other about the ragtag bunch we have at the back, supposedly.
  4. Still, a white Macron shirt with a Maltese Cross, who knew such things could reach the market.
  5. I don't like that at all, very glad we didn't end up putting our similar one out (even though there appeared to be a special run of one shirt that a random rovers fan on twitter managed to buy). Ours is probably going to be released the day we get relegated in May, probably with Steve Kean and the Rao's faces embossed into the fabric or something.
  6. Is the money held in a seperate pot for the women, presume they are self funded now? If so thats an appealing option and gives NAPM an avenue to support them and show disgust at decision.
  7. ‘Meanwhile, Tuesday 3rd February has been set for our home encounter against Sheffield Wednesday, which was abandoned due to the weather earlier this month’ Yeah, it was down to ‘the weather’
  8. One was playing at Chorley last month, McLoughlin was the most dribbled past centre back in the league last season & let go by Hull. Miller isn't a footballer & Yuri has been third choice behind Ryan Hedges (never played there before) & Dion De Neve (should never play there again)
  9. He wanted the job. Celtic board wanted to go for another direction. Stupid move Nancy has come in with a similar approach to Amorim that this is my system(3-4-3) with no plan B. Celtic fans won't put up with this much longer I bet. O'Neil back there for next season, wonder what then odds are on that
  10. A lot of fans of other clubs don't know they still own us, we need games being stopped because of our actions against them.
  11. I liked the rubber duck idea "floated" by Carl the other week. Humerous yet very cutting at the same time.
  12. The men's side is more gradual but it is work in progress.
  13. The only place we can hurt them to take notice is in India and by removing any revenue here. We had the whole world talking about Kean and Venkys Out I bought my mate a Venkys Out T-Shirt for when he went volunteering in India. He was stopped constantly. How do we impact their core business and make them uncomfortable on their home turf.
  14. If Nancy was the best option they had then I don't know why they didn't just let him carry on. Not to say Nancy won't be a success eventually - stranger things have happened - but his résumé didn't exactly invoke the need for a swift appointment. Or being appointed at all.
  15. Fair enough Chaddy and thanks. I dont disagree. How on earth and why are they here.
  16. 3 of that back 4 got us a brilliant away win at PNE only a month ago.
  17. Toth back? Think we may put Gardner Hickman at right back 3-4-3 Pears Miller, McLaughlin, Pratt, TGH, Trondstad, Baradji, Cantwell Morishita Gudjohnsen, Ohashi
  18. It's not about how you win, it's about how you accept defeat.
  19. Today
  20. 15 Tennis balls against Newcastle got nationwide attention. Golf balls, rubber chickens, there's lots we could do but we have an apathetic fanbase
  21. Thinking back to my post earlier with the picture showing a reference to the peaceful protests in Parliament Square, it wouldn’t be an easy thing to copy. First, stewards would confiscate any placards. Second, Ewood is a private place so I’m not sure there is any right to protest even peacefully. Third, if maybe lots of ‘senior’ fans linked arms with placards (or even lay down) outside the ground, I suspect they would then get abused by fans who just want to watch a match. I think first base should be a match boycott –see what the appetite is among fans for straightforward action. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Glen (and I’m sure there are many others, now and in the past) for efforts to make this club better. It must be very difficult with an obdurate, arrogant and distant regime willing to use bullying and litigious methods against its own fanbase.
  22. I went to a handful of matches when they were in the Championship, went to 3 at Ewood and 2 at Leyland. I'm not going to watch them again now until Venkys have left. They've turned a competitive outfit worthy of our blue and white halves into a really tinpot, regional lower league outfit that plays against teams we've never heard of and gets stuffed every single week (except this week). This team is certain to be relegated again, further into obscurity. I think they would be best just folding until the Venkys have gone, it's tragic what they've done. I think continuing a women's team in this guise probably does more harm to the football club's image than not having one at all. Fair play to the young women who are still turning up and playing for the love of the sport, but let's be honest, it's not competitive in the slightest. I think if Venkys suddenly decided to take the men's side out of the football league and apply for us to enter the National League, we'd agree to walk away and leave it to collapse on itself and try and pick up the pieces afterwards when they've gone, I think we should take the same approach here. (I accept that scenario would be unlikely to ever happen in the men's game, even under these idiots, but just trying to make the point of how catastrophic that decision in the summer was)
