  1. Past hour
  2. Norwich winning at the moment, a loss here has us worrying close to that bottom 3. Could do with a win but stop them winning at all costs! Odd lineup
  3. unofficial boycott has began seemingly🙂
  4. I imagine that De Neve is in purely because he is fast & Ribeiro offers very little as a wing back Given De Neve starts, Ribeiro makes more sense than Pratt to cover for De Neves lack of positional awareness down our left TGH is average at best, runs around a lot but no positional sense, hopefully Cantwell & Morishita can provide some creativity in midfield Can only think Tavares is in because Ismael thinks he has more discipline than TGH as the deepest of the 3 midfielders (also possible TGH still carrying a knock after the tackle at the end of the first half the other night)
  5. Utterly bizarre selection. Taveres in the Tronstad role is incredibly worrying.
  6. looks like a back four and tgh is injured (he went off early on tuesday night),no idea why deneve and sidnei are starting tbh🙄
  7. I have posted it earlier in the summer, but can't find the post now
  8. Riberio instead of pratt? Tavares again?? 😥😟
  9. I’d say it was, certainly not 3,000 between the Blackburn End, Darwen End and Riverside (and the Jack Walker was nowhere near half full).
  10. This definitely isn't a game for Tavares! bizarre selection
  11. Why drop Pratt and Gardner-Hickman?
  12. i remember us giving away a 2 goal lead at half time at fratton park in the 80`s,think it was the same season when they came up to ewood and the match turned out to be a foul ridden battle, keeley was sent off and brannagan/randall decided to inflict some retribution😆,pompey had some proper thugs playing for them in that era
  13. Never that low, never. The whole attendance could have fit in the BBE..about 8,000 or so.
  14. 25,670 to 5,670 under their watch. Some achievement that 👏
  15. I was hoping so. I know it’s rough, but Rovers need its best fans
  16. Don't forget our injuries, and threadbare squad. Let's not get to above ourselves, keep our feet on the ground, and pick up points.
  17. It doesn’t seem that long ago (80’s) that the promotion places were between Oxford, Portsmouth and Rovers. We had some good battles with them both, but we never made it into Div 1 during that period. 1-1 draw today, safe trip to all the fans making the trip.
  18. Remember Bellamy scoring two belters down there in better days. Last visit was particularly depressing.
  19. Actual attendance on Tuesday was 5670.
  20. we hav`nt got a great record at fratton park from my memory, though 3 points today will be massive, said before the relegation places will between oxford, portsmouth and ourselves, given that sheff wed are already gone and norwich will surely improve
  21. If it wasn’t important there wouldn’t be any players on six figure sums per week.
  22. I dont think I am the one who is being naive to suggest that money is still important to people earning well above an average wage.
  23. Do we have a link to that? Because I remember after that was said, @Kjell posted this post, which said that in another Norwegian podcast Tronstad said:- I want to stay abroad for as long as possible. I’d really like to stay at Rovers, I enjoy it a lot there. I have NOT received any contract offer from Rovers, there have only been some informal conversations. Now I can’t find links to any podcast so don’t believe either view over the other, but the Elliot Jackson article about Tronstadt over the summer quotes Rudy as saying he wants to leave for personal reasons, and I don’t believe Rudy.
