  1. Past hour
  2. Ribeiro seems to of gotten away with it reading some responses...Probably his worst performance, I'd be surprised if his pass completion was above 40%.
  3. That is one hell of an outlandish statement to make Parsonblue!
  4. My only issue with this is it’s entirely the club’s fault (by not sorting out contracts sooner) that we’re in a transitional state. We finished seventh last season, any half functioning club would have been pushing to strengthen in a bid to reach the play offs. That being said, none of this is the new players fault so I agree they need time to show whether they’re good enough. The concern however would be, if they aren’t of sufficient standard, I wouldn’t trust our lot to resolve the situation in January (given the past few winter windows).
  5. He can't really strike a ball properly 85% of the time, which is going to limit anyone playing as a striker.
  6. Trying to force people to upgrade and just leave the Blues Bar for the peasants. About time it was boycotted.
  7. Just got back. Piss poor performance. Lowlights today: Tavares - said it since the first time I saw him and he’s done nothing to change my opinion - far too laid back and casual. Every pass is 5 yards too short or too far. Anyone who thinks he’s an upgrade on Travis needs to give their head a wobble. Says everything about him that we were better when he wasn’t in the pitch. Kargbo - had an absolute stinker today. Shouldn’t be starting games IMO but our squad has been weakened so much this is where we are. Maybe useful as an off the bench option but other than that clueless. Can run fast and that’s about it. Ribeiro - total shocker of a game, way below his usual standards. Needs a rocket up his arse. McLoughlin - nailed on foul, pen and red card. Brainless decision to do what he did. Gueye - loveable but thick as fuck. Needs to be spend the next weeks learning what offside is and how to avoid being it. Everyone else was bang average as well. Where was the pressing, fight and energy from the Hull game? We reverted back to the shite performances of the WBA and Brum games. Only person to come out of that with any credit was Alebiosu. It’s gonna be a long hard season folks. You don’t lose all that Championship experience and replace it with cheapo foreigners without it having a negative impact, and this is being borne out right in front of us.
  8. You only get what you paid for, critical mistakes by new signings in each defeat.
  9. Smit is on the bench for GAE here, might flick it on second half if he comes in as this Leeds game is shite. Although it suggests nothing is happening as we'd never get him flown over on easyjet and signed now
  10. I thought SKY was completely out of the Blues bar..?
  11. It'll be slower than going in a "normal" queue soon if they play like that for much longer.
  12. Sky sports was on when I was in there. Went straight in after game got home 30 mins ago
  13. Enjoyed the game today. Norwich by far the better team in the first half and we were fortunate to be only one behind at half-time. McLoughlin badly caught out for the penalty and red card. However, I was impressed with our second-half display and thought we were unlucky not to come away with a point. There was much to be admired about our display with ten men but the lack of a goalscorer is a major issue at the moment. It's early days, and considering the major changes we've made to the squad, it's going to take time to come together. However, I feel confident from what I've seen so far, that this squad is capable of more than holding its own against most teams in the Championship.
  14. I think our best team, once people are fit will be the below. Toth Alebiosu, Hyam, McLaughlin, Ribeiro Hedges, Tronstad Baradji, Morishita Cantwell Gudjohnsen Kargbo, Travares, Hendriksson and Ohashi and Carter as first option replacements
  15. The most frustrating thing about Gueye is he has all the attributes and opportunity to be a successful footballer but for whatever reason (effort? commitment? desire? intelligence?) is going to let the opportunity pass. He should be doing extra hours drilling every week - even if that means paying Danny Graham or Jordan Rhodes out of his own pocket. He’s certainly paid enough to do so.
  16. Speedy queue next home match, it’s £10 extra.
  17. Your comments towards supporters sounded quite angry. We have heard about transitions before. The Travis situation wasnt dropped on us quickly, we knew these situations would unfold due to our inability to sort contracts.
  18. We have been in a 'transitional state' ever since Venkys took over...you may have just noticed.
  19. Like they did on Forshaw, Kargbo, Gueye, De Neve, Tavares, Henriksson who are all looking distinctly 'iffy' and that's being diplomatic! Chaddy - we are not spending money. Over hyped fees for the gullible, fanciful add-ons for if we win the PL - IMO, it's all bullsh1t. IMO, there'll be more money coming into the coffers than is leaving and there'll be huge savings on wages to boot! Pretty sure he'll be with us on Tuesday. Can you see anyone taking him? If I could get a bet on Hyam leaving before the window closes then I'd be on it! A depressing night. Think Gestede's transfer strategy, if you can call it that, is about to spectacularly unravel and backfire.
  20. Gueye has just never been the answer. His one sole use is to be physical and cause unrest, he doesn’t know how to Chanel that effectively however
  21. Gueyes a big clumsy waste of money who trips over his own feet. A drunk from the fox and hounds could have done better. There's one for Ismael, a drunk from the fox and hounds instead of Gueye.
  22. Did she check their bags too, in case they were too big or too heavy? What next, you pay extra to sit next to a window or your mate?
