  1. Past hour
  2. The only silver lining to today is that VI has an absolute cast iron reason to bin off Pears and bring Toth back. Yet somehow I wouldn't be at all surprised if he doesn't!
  3. I think today , we were not interested from the kick off ,this squad (i wont call them footballers ) are the worst I have witnessed in over 55years of watching . The manager is way way out of his depth , in my opinion , we are worse than Sheff Wed. Absolutely appalling that today , like our last 2 relegations , the fans were predicting it at the start of the season . This one Venkys and their acolytes will put us in the wilderness for years . Nobody gives a fuck ! 15 years of mismanagement !
  4. Issue with that is that with Litherland out for a month +, and Alebiosu away, there is nobody to play RWB, so Miller likely to start there Edit - TGH I suppose, but I am as fed up with him as I am with McLoughlin
  5. val did look p****d off today, most likely been told there is no money for incomings, maybe he`s thinking of doing a eustace/jdt,i would`nt blame him
  6. Yep. Me and my dad were there. Had dropped my mum in town for shopping and then we got lost going to pick her up! She was not happy when we eventually turned up. Worth it though to see the win!! No memory of Roger Devries tbh.
  7. he`s very slow and miller is never a right back/wing back,id`e drop mcloughlin, put miller in his place and put the young lads either side of him, deffo time to give mcloughlin a rest
  8. I've been fed up of him for a while. An incredibly poor player who Hull were happy to let go whilst in the middle of a transfer ban.
  9. We are a beaten fan base. We are literally on our knees after 15 years of attrition and with the remaining loyal of barely 7,000 containing a good number seemingly afflicted with Stockholm syndrome and unable to fight back even when the point of no return is fast approaching. I love my club but being a Blackburn Rovers fan is becoming embarrassing 😞
  10. Just fed up of McLoughlin to be honest, opening goal today down to a combo of him and Pears
  11. Yeah, this. You can see the intent / frustration; he's trying to make things happen, but he's trying too hard. If he had a little sprinkle of quality around / in front of him, it's a different result. He was our outstanding player pre-injury and we shouldn't forget that, though he was also dog shit today.
  12. I think it would be incredibly risky to drop McLoughlin and play a back 3 entirely of youngsters whereby O'Riordan would be the most experienced yet has barely played at this level. McLoughlin is no great shakes, but with that level of experience in the back 3 I think they'd be far too error prone. His experience would help keep the shape better and have a better sense of where to sniff out danger. God we are in dire straits that we are even discussing this.
  13. If someone wins man of the match with a score of any less than 7, then the entire matchday squad (and coaching staff, management etc) should present themselves to be pelted with rotten fruit
  14. There were pretty persistent rumours that a Middle Eastern club wanted Gueye.
  15. Then why don’t he fuck off and let Johnson have a go ?
  16. Not at all known it for ages but I think this comment is now more of a long term fucked 😂
  17. Currently leading the BRFCS poll so make sure you vote 😆 https://www.brfcs.com/football/match/1386845/blackburn-wrexham
  18. We somehow seem worse with him in the team lately which is bizarre. The whole formation wants binning for me. It might suit scrappy away wins but at home it’s failed time and time again. What’s the point in having 5 defenders if we concede 2 at home in the first half? It doesn’t suit players like Cantwell and creates us very little chances. Lack of movement in front of him or runners from midfield give him no options to thread onto.
  19. Connections to Steve Kean and Adam Owen. Gestede/Pasha happy to play along. I am sure someone benefitted along the way
  20. ...the lowest point of the entire wretched Venky's ownership so far!
  21. So would Hyam , whoever agreed that sale should be sacked !
  22. Make no mistake, this is the lowest point of the entire wretched Venky’s ownership. Even in the Kean/Anderson days there were at least some people at the club with the right intentions. These are now practically non-existent. The old argument of “hardworking staff behind the scenes” is dead. They have either been forced out already or are so scared of being so that they are beaten into submission. There might be the odd one, but by and large Suhail has created a culture of fear. The people with the most power at the club - Suhail, Gestede, Yasir Sufi - all have their own agendas, none of which are about a successful football club. We’ve got a poor manager who I hope does his usually trick of giving up when the going gets tough. And do we have a single player who ticks all these three boxes: Likeable, up to standard, resilient enough to play a full season? It’s little wonder apathy has completely taken hold, but we really need to get angry. It’s harder and harder to keep caring, but let’s keep our hatred for those responsible burning. Now is the time to make a stand by whatever means we can.
