  1. Past hour
  2. I’ve stopped myself from saying this up until now, but if you’re still going and giving them your money after this statement, you’re part of the problem. You’re supporting Venky’s. People who’ve bought season tickets are obviously in a sticky situation with this, BUT imo have a duty not to use them. #NAPM
  3. Gene Pitney - Twenty Four Hours From Tulsa
  4. Reaction to this on social media is predictably depressing. “Who would buy us?”, “they can’t invest!”, “support the team FFS” I fear most willing to boycott are already doing it (and have been for some time).
  5. Thanks to everyone who worked on these messages. I will make it my business to back them up on social media etc.
  6. At least, and at long last, we are at least trying to force change and save our club.
  7. Long way to go, better coach finishes higher, no arguments.
  8. Every chance. ’As a thank you to our superb loyal supporters in our 150th year…’
  9. Targeting France and Africa. I’m sure Gestede being French of African descent is purely coincidental.
  10. What’s the chances the club announces an offer for the Watford game? 🤔
  11. Exactly. Home form bad, games called off, bad weather etc etc 'oh i can't be arsed going even though iv'e already paid for an ST' Ask them to official boycott ONE game ' F off iv'e paid for a season ticket, get behind the lads FFS' Unreal.
  12. Today
  13. With those fixtures to end the season a minimum of another 7 wins are needed in the intervening 18 fixtures starting with Millwall this Saturday.
  14. We’ll see how it pans out, but the replies to the Coalition’s Twitter post says we are still a long way from, say, where Blackpool’s fanbase was with NAPM.
  15. I've been sent this from Twitter The call for a boycott is targeting the fixture versus Watford in January, so that people who have already bought tickets for the next fixtures are not out of pocket.
  16. Can't complain at all with that, and it will put to rest my umming and ahhing over whether I get a new shirt. I don't get to many home games anyway, but I'll aim for the Wednesday away game rather than the home games over the Christmas period. As others have said, whether there is a significant fanbase left to completely boycott remains to be seen, but there's no harm in trying. Already seeing a lot of backlash on certain areas of social media.
  17. Unfortunately no letter is going to change anything. It won’t even be seen by the owners. The club is rotting, there’s no way back the damage is too great now. This is going to be our last season in the Championship for many many years.
  18. I think for FA cup games you can listen to the Radio Lancs commentary on BBC Sport.
  19. If everyone could just bite the bullet and stay away for just one match initially and see what traction that gets it could be a massive moment in the history of the club. There'll never be an attendance of zero, but if we could have a game where there is max 1 or 2 thousand home fans in a 31k seater stadium it would get attention. It would surely be the emptiest ground actively used ground in Europe as a percentage of the capacity.
  20. There's been between 5 and 9k actually turning up but all of a sudden they are getting offended at the word 'boycott' ! Astounding hypocrisy from some on social media.
  21. I actually think boycotting home games while still attending away games is a stronger protest than boycotting all games.
