  1. Past hour
  2. Boro have appointed Rob Edwards as Head Coach for the new season. Seems to be a fairly mixed reaction from the Boro fans that I've seen on Social media. https://www.mfc.co.uk/news/2025/june/24/rob-edwards-appointed-head-coach/
  3. I think the rain will end up the winner today but getting some overs in Bumrah’s legs might benefit us later in the series.
  4. £4.85 million for one quarter x 4 = very close to the much vaunted £20 million a year 🤔🧐
  5. Perhaps we should do @K-Hod a list to take to the next fans’ forum 😁😁 I’ll make a start (and apologise for going so off topic at the same time 😁): Was the overdraft facility renewed in May and if so were the terms at least as favourable as before? Can you confirm that the owners now only have to return to court to send monies if they’re also seeking to vary the condition placed upon them to do so? During the period of the investigation, have the owners ever sought permission (either through the courts or directly with the Directorate of Enforcement) to send player purchase funds? (and if not, why not?)
  6. Is 4.58 million not less than they would usually send at this time of year?
  7. The Special A.K.A. - Free Nelson Mandela
  8. That money is for staff wages and the club, not transfers
  9. The outcome of that, would be interesting to know.
  10. and also how they got on with renewing the overdraft facilities in May.
  11. I'm sure someone else will see this as a business opportunity to purchase a former premier League winner at an opportunistic price🤗
  12. I wonder how close they came to not meeting their liabilities?
  13. Just to correct the LT’s error - the request was made to the court on the 22nd April, the 26th May was when the court issued the order granting permission.
  14. For some reason, Dolan is held to much higher standards than anyone else , I mean it's almost as if some have made up their mind and trying to prove it, whatever next. With only 13 goal involvements plus being involved in many other build ups, plus being the hardest working player on the pitch, I'm sure we'll have no problem replacing him.
  15. Today
  16. So, long as they booked it in advance and there is no riot act to be read, it should all work out well.
  17. No chance. It's earmarked for running costs and the Venkys had to legally verify that. Wake up and smell the coffee!
  18. Won't be the season after, both teams will be relegated by Easter!
  19. The article literally says it's to cover costs between April and June:
  20. The most positive thing I can come up with for the forthcoming season is that we won`t have to play the Dingles. At least not in the League, and I sincerely hope not in either Cup competitions !!
  21. Sorry for the spoiler- but, we won’t spend it.
  22. Sorry, I usually get these, but missed that one. To be fair, I don't think it has been publicised very well, to be honest
  23. I have checked this out and it is tomorrow night, not tonight. I have no idea, why this has not been publicised on here a little more, but perhaps, anyone from the Trust can clarify. Newsletter - April 2025 | We Are THE Rovers
  24. It was a reference to the meeting being held in a library, pardon my sence of humour
  25. I thought it has been publicised to be honest, but perhaps not. Double check, in case I have this wrong.
  26. I think you'll find that's been earmarked for essential running costs. (Apart from transfers)
