  1. Past hour
  2. They hold onto us for nefarious reasons in my opinion and unless it is wrestled away from them, they will not sell. Think court case, dubious use of funds, ED in India, seizure of properties and links to agents, who cannot be trusted and that all screams of dodgy dealings. There have even been links to an Italian Aristocrat and a third party ownership fund, so all very suspicious.
  3. Today
  4. No way plenty on here were excited, maybe one or two at most. Take to social media and you might find a few, but most fans and the vast majority on here, so it for what it was.
  5. No, Adam Catterall is talk sport (and is also a Rovers fan) and is also someone who I know a fair bit about, but I know Adam Cottier personally and he is 100% a Rovers fan.
  6. The Swinging Blue Jeans - Good Golly Miss Molly The version of this tune.
  7. "I believe this is your bag sir"
  8. Honestly they’ll go when they decide to, most likely when someone does an audit of all their assets and reminds them they own us. The worrying thing is they don’t need to sell us nor need us to succeed I imagine it’s just a going concern and an ongoing expense at this point.
  9. https://barnsleyfc.org.uk/threads/reyes-cleary-and-a-very-simple-tactical-point.343073/ Here's the link. Apparently Gestede was sat with Reyes Clearys agent.
  10. Yesterday
  11. Knackered, depleted squad and a toothless attack: a draw is the best we can hope for Let’s be realistic. Rovers 0 Wrexham 2
  12. So just them and a much more valuable and intelligent lifeform.
  13. You'd think so wouldn't you?
  14. I'd say if they don't win the old firm game he'll be binned. Amazing that both clubs made shockingly bad managerial appointments. Hopefully this will be the final death of the head coach who has a 'system' or 'philosophy'. If you can't make it work at Celtic or Rangers then that's concrete proof that it's a load of bollocks.
  15. They simply don't want people turning up for these games there cannot be any other explanation for the idiotic prices.
  16. Any news on the Kieffer Moore injury on Boxing Day? He was taken off in the first half.
  17. They’ll be here forever. After the coming nuclear holocaust it’ll be just them and the cockroaches left alive.
  18. My gut instinct is that they will not be here in 5 years time. Not sure how that is going to happen. I imagine we will be in the lower reaches of League One if they are still here at that point, if they don't exit fairly soon. I think we may scrape staying up this season but if they stay I think we'll go down next year based on their current operating model. I think being relegated again to League One would be the beginning of the end. The club will take many years to recover if it is relegated again.
  19. Celtic v Rangers on Saturday too. Wonder if Nancy will survive until then. 5 defeats from 7 at Celtic is sacking territory already.
  20. I'm convinced it only ends when they're forced into it. That means financially or legally/logistically they can't carry on with it. I don't think they'll give it up otherwise. At least not as long as the wicked four continue to control the company. Maybe when control passes elsewhere someone with a brain will cut their losses and leave us alone.
  21. Presumably the relatively popular 'pie and peas' or 'breakfast bap' options in Jacks Kitchen will have been ditched for this one to make way for a £150 sit down meal for the Category A fixture. Suspect there might be some backtracking on that one as the brains trust realise that on New Year's Day morning there won't be queues of people down Bolton Road wanting to watch Rovers v Wrexham and hand over best part of £200 for a ticket and something to eat. Especially not when they can stay at home and watch it for nothing on Sky. Still that extra £10-15 pocketed x 1500-2000 adults from Wrexham makes it all worthwhile whilst ensuring the home ends are empty. £35 to sit on the BBE. Total madness.
  22. The Scottish league title chase just got interesting.
  23. I want us to win as I can't stand Ryan Reynolds but I can see a comfortable 2-0 for Rectum.
  24. Like most centre halves he’s a bit slow on the turn. You need to be rapid in that respect to play in that position. I like the lad a lot but I see him as the right sided centre back in a three as his best position. He’s doing ok as a right back and he’s doing his best to stand in for Alebiosu.
  25. And that’s with free coaches too. Obviously was always going to be the case for a Sky game at 12.30 on NYD especially as they filled the Darwen End for a cup tie only a couple of years ago, so no ‘new ground ticking’ to do for their fans. Of course the idiotic regime here made it Cat A pricing to coin it in as they will have expected them to fill it again ‘as they did last time’, as always they’ve just shown themselves to not understand fandom and what drives numbers (which is no surprise as they don’t have a foggiest about their own fanbase either).
  26. A narcissist and a liar....The best transfer window ever!
  27. We couldn't compete with the offer Bradford City made but we tried!
