  1. Past hour
  2. Have we signed, anyone to play in this game yet ??
  3. It's called Venky fatigue. Nothing a good protest and change of ownership won't fix
  4. On paper, Wooton looks like a bit of a waste of time. 29 years old, and last season he scored 11 league goals, 8 the season before. Ohashi type numbers but in League One and Two respectively. Suggests this season's flurry is the exception not the norm. A no from me unless he's an absolute boss at being a target man. Ballard seems a much better shout, better numbers at a much younger age. But a short sample size and young, may not hit the ground like we need. If he was one of two strikers signed though, with the other having more proven goals pedigree, could be a good move. All of this being on paper, I've never seen either player. Agree I felt we should go for Aasgaard at the time.
  5. Complete waste of time for Charlie that loan to Oldham
  6. You echo the sentiments of many Ian.Sorry to keep making the same point but this is a Club I dont recognise in its present state anymore.Cold and distant,Its almost lost its connection with the fanbase. • I hate the Owners. • Can't stand the Charlatans running the Club at Ewood. • Have no like for this Manager and feel no empathy with any of these Players in our Shirt. What a position to be in,its that bad...will the last one out turn the lights off please.
  7. Its probably already being considered I actually though you were going to pull me up on my use of the word "if", rather than "when" 😉
  8. Can’t we try refashioning one of the numerous youth ‘keepers first?
  9. If they sell Alebiosu, are we then allowed to consider a new right wing back? Or are we still pinning our hopes on an injured Litherland rising like Lazarus and playing out of position with no back up?
  10. I can only speak for myself but I have over the last 10 years especially distanced myself from the club incrementally. From being a Season ticket holder (whilst living in London I would add…), plus c.10 away games per season & about £250 club shop spend each year; is now about 4 home games, 3 or 4 away games & zero spend in club shop. In that time a whole new generation of Rovers support has emerged that knows nothing other than the Venky’s, so the proportion of older fans who know what is possible & is angry/frustrated is dwindling each season. I now fear when reading other sites that I am in the minority in wanting change but TBH I’m now so weary with it, I wont do anything beyond rant on podcasts & radio programmes when given a chance. I fear I am numb to it as a coping strategy.
  11. Mate sent me a comment he'd seen, apparently Talksport commentary against Wrexham said Rovers had "1 or 2 injuries ".
  12. Today
  13. You know the score-we sneak a win or draw-things limp on....
  14. Jack Barrett's loan at Tranmere has been extended until the end of the season - Tranmere fans seem happy enough Harrison Wood & James Edmondson have had their loans extended until the end of January,. Which means Edmondson may face Adam Wharton in the FA Cup next week Charlie Olson has had his loan cut short, although no mention of Harley O'Grady-Macken
  15. What could have been, the story goes that Bordeaux wanted to sell Zidane and Duggary as a pair and Zidane had his heart set on Turin, no idea why 🤣 So we ended up buying neither…
  16. Your BRFCS POTM for yesterday’s game against Wrexham, in association with SUITS ME the official rovers Debit Card, is Sondre Tronstad ⚪️🔵 MOTM template.mp4
  17. you`de be miserable to having to deal with the cretins upstairs,no doubt the players are feeling the same to,it is a job after all, going to work in a miserable enviroment means you just want to put the minimum in and get out of the place
  18. Would make this a much better place, but sadly seems impossible technically. Has been a requested feature for a long time. Also a bit of irony; my guess is that user(s) who are most commonly added to the ignore list are also the most quoted, making ignoring them realistically impossible.
  19. Stop trying to spin anything into a positive
  20. we missd out badly not persuing the lad jade-jones from peterborough, though the bundesliga is a bit much for him he would have done ok in the championship, got pace to burn,as we are bereft of any ambition or seemingly scouting ability,we ended up with a mishmash of lower league eurotrash, who we also won`t be able to get rid of
  21. And yet there have been several games, where I have thought they showed effort and enthusiasm and were clearly playing for him. I think the ( recruitment induced) shallow squad and consequent rake of injuries have seen the realisation in tired players (and manager?) that they were merely cannon fodder to the likes of Wrexham. Players aren't daft. They can see what Suhail and Gestede are up to.
  22. The demise will get faster and faster
  23. Years I'm afraid. They have no thought or desire to leave. Remember. Indian people are proud and to admit you made a mistake just doesn't happen
