  1. Past hour
  2. The returning player is Kristi Montgomery though.
  3. To defend them to some degree, Litherland, isnt. He’s not kicked a ball in men’s football and has been required to play at wing back, one of the most physically demanding positions 4 times in 10 days. The physical load being put on a squad that is thin at the best of times was always going to reach a tipping point. For some players with underlying issues that elastic snapping ones earlier than others
  4. With what appeared to be (at least) 1 soft tissue injury today for Litherland you really do have to question our strength and conditioning team within the medical department. The number of players sidelined by pulls and strains suggests these players aren't physically prepared for the rigours of a league season and that's firmly on the S & C team.
  5. It's another setback in terms of the result. I can't complain about the boys, they tried to go again, it was just a lack of energy today. "We lost the game in the first half. We conceded the first goal, we can avoid it. The second goal is a great shot. "We tried to find some energy for the second half and it was much better. We lost two players again today, and it's clear we've touched the limit with the squad” Bland platitudes. I wouldn't run through a paper mache door for that dour bore.
  6. JRC equalises for Charlton against Coventry.
  7. We also lost to Portsmouth and drew with Oxford so, yeah, wouldn't be confident we will finish the season above any of them at this point. As far as Oxford are concerned, much will depend on who they hire, although I expect they'll go down regardless.
  8. The most galling thing was they didn’t need to try that hard to win.
  9. Charlton absolutely spanked us off the park earlier this season. I also have a funny feeling they’ll be leaving Ewood with all 3 points on Sunday.
  10. High praise from the opposition:
  11. We'll stay up because Oxford, Portsmouth and Charlton are as bad if not worse than us.
  12. The summer recruitment save for Alebiosu and Gudjhonsen was criminal. A blind man with no interest in football could have selected better off the continent than the likes of Tavares and Henriksson.
  13. Where he ends up will tell the tale.
  14. Agreed with above entirely the academy lads are great and sadly for us are getting game time so they can be sold
  15. That’s him basically conceding Sunday then.
  16. I can't see the logic. He relegated an arguably better side than this one in 2017.
  17. For me that game epitomises the venkys era at this club. A Slow, ponderous, small, weak, thick team with a rubbish manager that had no clue what they were meant to be doing out there. All while wearing a North End kit. We will stay up because Charlton & Oxford are just as bad as us, but christ its going to be a hard watch.
  18. I've seen a lot better than them at Ewood, we made it far to easy for them.
  19. The alarm bells still won’t be ringing at Ewood despite Norwich winning. Just hard luck stories and fantasy talk.
  20. The shirts looked better "on" than they did in the pics but it still shouldn't have been our anniversary shirt. As usual another cock up.
  21. Wont resign,never..he is a willing accomplice to this jigsaw of Wrongdoing.
  22. More disappointment for the faithful at Ewood, far to easy for Wrexam, up against a team with a non existent strikeforce.
  23. Is he a footballer player? Doesn’t appear to know what he’s doing on a football pitch- maybe he’s Australian rules football player?
  24. I don’t think he will for the reasons you state. It’s just a forlorn hope that someone at the club might do the right thing for once
  25. I've never in my life seen a ball get through a defense with such ease, spineless.
  26. McLaughlin and Miller are wank. Litherland and Atcheson actually are better than them
