sambo Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 If anyone needs any money contributed, I'm only 17 with little money but I'd be more than willing to contribute.

mogster Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 I think the Moses fancy dress idea is outstanding. I vote for that. That way you won't need to collect money as everyone is responsible for their own costume. I wonder if they'll let you into the Dingledome with those stone tablets though!?
brfcs5359 Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 How about a Lancaster bomber but I like the John Bond one...
Will Posted February 2, 2010 Posted February 2, 2010 I'm ready to chip in, get it sorted Gav. I got my Flags from http://www.barmyflags.co.uk Really good quality, worth a look.
mhead Posted February 3, 2010 Posted February 3, 2010 I will not be able to get back to UK for this....so put 10 quid in the pot from me. If need be buy more than one and have one in the Darwen End after 'using' it at the turd - especially '31 years and counting'.

I took Wills advice, but they are unable to fulfil the order in time due to being inundated with world cup orders. Thanks to all who offered to chip in, lets hope we don’t need a banner next season
booth Posted February 13, 2010 Posted February 13, 2010 Correct the grammar so it loses irony. Very good
brightonrover Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Inbreds Biological Hazards Since 1882 I like it.............
deryck guyler's spoon Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Inbreds Biological Hazards Since 1882 That would make a great T shirt!
Guest andrewpickup Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 How depressingly embarassing. ive seen this fellow in the blues and often think it looks incredibly rubbish, and yes you would at least have thought it would have been spelt correctly
dannydisco Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 That would make a great T shirt! Along with few thousand stickers, and hundreds of A2 fly posters / laminated cable tied to lamposts on the boundaries the week before the game. Plus all fans go dressed in these; We wouldn't want to catch anything would we.
T4E Posted February 14, 2010 Posted February 14, 2010 Sounds like it's too late to make it happen, but a banner with a giant Rovers badge casting a shadow on a much smaller Burnley badge with the words 'FOREVER AND EVER' written underneath would have been pretty cool.

Plus all fans go dressed in these; We wouldn't want to catch anything would we. LOVE the boiler suit idea, it would be relatively cheap (around a quid each?) to buy loads of the disposable ones so the whole away support could wear them...and they couldn't be missed on tv, unlike a flag which only covers part of the away end. The commentators would surely have to remark upon them, and the message that Dingle land is a pox ridden hell hole of airborne disease! I am sure this would get some pretty widespread exposure amongst other fans and would be another point to Rovers, possibly second only to the plane with the banner. AND you can get them in blue or white, how good would a fully co-ordinated blue and white halved away end look? HAS to be done!

PAFELL Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 . Pathetic The only statement that interests me is a Rovers win. That is enough.
SAS Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 Dont know if anyone has seen this anywhere. But ive actually seen a ticket for this game in our end. The lad `claims` that his father works for burnley police and that they have 20 tickets and his dad has got two one for him and one for his u16 son. But am I right in thinking this sounds a bit unusual..

Gav Posted February 15, 2010 Author Posted February 15, 2010 Lets do a burnley/villa: I know hundreds of Rovers fans already in the home areas
mark1875 Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 ive seen the picture of this ticket, someone claiming their dad works in ticket office or something. if i knew how to post pics i would upload it here lol
Blueboy Downunder Posted February 15, 2010 Posted February 15, 2010 a rovers win and a clean sheet to go with it, would be the perfect statement.
