[Archived] Barclays Premier League Fixtures 2011/12

Its that time of year again!

Time to start planning those trips.

Who does everyone want first up?

Would you rather start the season at home or finish at home?

Home on Boxing Day or home on New Years Day?

I suspect, with the European Championships this time next year, they will squeeze the games in. This usually leads to midweek night matches, which in all honesty I love!

Also lets see who is the first person to claim they've seen the fixtures (only to be proven wrong, come Friday morning) ;)

I hope we start with a home game.

Looks like there will be a New Years Eve fixture this season rather than a New Years Day one.

Would rather home on boxing day i think.

Also i think the FA Cup final clashes with league games again this season.

Home first game to Villa hoping they're still in tatters and without Bent, Downing or Young they're very average. Any new signings won't be able to gel for the first game hopefully.

Away on the last day to West Brom.. Woeful side.

Boxing Day home to Bolton

New Years away at Wigan.

We tend to get one of the promoted clubs early doors so can see us playing one of them.

The so called 'big clubs tend to get one of them also' , uncanny how Utd and Chelski seem to kick off with home games more than away.

However just have a feeling we could be at a London club away - probably Chelski despit my previous comment

So rather just our game - the predicition begins for what its worth -nothing

Aston Villa v Notlob

Chelski v ROVERS (Sun)

Liverpool v WBA

Man C v Sunderland

Manu v QPR (Sat late k/o)

Newcastle v Arsenal (Sun)

Norwich v Everton (Sat early k/o)

Spurs v Swansea

Stoke v Fulham

Wigan v Wolves

I'm looking forward to the Carling Cup draw, will be nice to play someone other than Villa!

There is no reason why we can't draw Villa again in the carling cup this season!

We probably will, would be nice to have them at home for a change though

I want a home game for the first game of the season, against newcastle or west brom or wovles.

would always like a home game on the last day of the season and one on Boxing day.

Also I don't want to play any of the top 6 in the first 6 games.

Come on, what are the chances?!

I might pay a visit to Coral to see what odds they'll give me on that... At least I'd gain some enjoyment from that result!
