Just read that there is an ability to automate tweets on Twitter from a 3rd party. Not too clued up on it, but could we setup brfcc so that after each post in a topic, it basically automates the message onto Twitter with #venkysout after it? If we could get 3rd party apps to do same we could multiply quite quickly.

Not tech savvy enough to do it, but might be an idea...

Blackburn Rovers have sent questionnaires out to all last seasons season ticket holder, to ask why only 10% have renewed. They haven't had any replies and aren't going to, as the fans have declined to comment!
