Barnsley game pre-match remembrance tributes

Hi, would the pre-match remembrance tributes shown on big screen be able to be filmed by anyone either a fan or officially? I’m based in London but have arranged a tribute to my grandad Jack Clough who died recently. I’d love to show it to my grandma and family - thanks in advance

IIRC the tributes are usually just a photo with the individual's name under it.

I suppose the best option is to contact the club tomorrow, but I wouldn't leave it too late as they've probably prepped it already.

You can ask Rovers for the image to be sent over to you I believe.

Did your late grandad ever live in Bacup ? A friend of my dad’s took me to my first Rovers game back in the day. He was called Jack Clough, I think he was an accountant.

It's quite poignant seeing all the Rovers fan's who passed away during the year on the big screen. However I would like to see the tribute going on for a couple of minutes though as it seems a bit rushed.
