If they intend to continue to remit such large sums of money to England to prop up their overseas 'project' i'm sure the authorities over there will want to keep on knowing where every bit is going.

You’d certainly hope so.

I think they’ve just said the next date will be January 15th.

Another adjournment after that would take it safely beyond the end of the next transfer window.

Surely not even Pasha would claim that we couldnt spend any money in in Jan because

"We can't be bothered filling in a Certificate stating what the money is to be used for".

All irrelevant for our purposes now anyway as RG has clearly stated the transfer "budget" (Ha!) is agreed before the start of the season and is a fixed amount no matter what player trading occurs.

When they’re allocating new dates quite a lot of the barristers argue for this to be ASAP.

There wasn’t a single comment from the Venky’s one 🧐

If you're not planning on sending any money over it doesn't matter does it.

Not even the minor inconvenience of a bit of extra paperwork.

£4.8million circa was allocated in shares to Venkys London Limited in early October. Not sure if this has been spotted previously apologies if it has.

That was in relation to the 26th May order, the one which reduced the guarantee requirement to 50%.

I think they'll be looking to just send smaller amounts now to supplement the player sales instalments that will be dropping over the next 12 months.

Budget of around 20 million already agreed for this season so we are covered till summer but god knows what after that.

There were 104 cases listed for the morning session (10:30 - 13:30)

The judge spent over an hour listening to just one of these.

And there will no doubt be 80 cases listed next time we're up.

What a crazy legal system they have.

I’ll add in one more thing - the courts only sit for five hours a day.

And they've only got 4 High Court judges in the entire country according to the Economist magazine recently.

That can’t be right as there’s 44 listed on the Delhi website alone.

I keep saying it but nothing will make Venkys fund us to promotion, whatever any judge rules.

Mismanaged decline is the path  we are on.
