Focus on the players that are there and want to play, not the other ongoings.  all clubs have these issues, look at Newcastle with Isak or even Liverpool with Trent.  26 minutes ago, alexanders said: Stop twisting my words. What about Bournemouth then, lost Huijsen, Kerkez and Zabarniy? Brentford lost their Talisman Mbeumo to a team lower on the table. wolves have lost their talisman each season, Raul, Neves, Jota, Cunha  These examples are totally missing the point. There are plenty of isolated examples of players running down their contracts. We cant get ANY of our better players to sign new deals. Some arent even being actively courter by other teams. Also, selling players again is natural to clubs higher in the food chain. All the clubs you mention reinvested decent chunks on replacements. 2 Quote

The 30k a week story is a lie to make us look like we tried… I’d like a striker but there’s no chance here with these lunes in charge…. Ditto a winger…. I know like everyone else in football that this club is a joke but I need the money and they will never sack me because they won’t pay up…. The transfer strategy is garbage but I have to publicly say otherwise… I’ve got to play youngsters irrespective of ability to get my bonus and because Rudy says so… Rudy is a knob and everybody here hates him… Rudy is underqualified for his role at this club…. I say what Rudy or Pasha tells me to say…. The squad is threadbare…. I’d like some more experienced players but am not allowed them….  4 Quote
BankEnd Rover Posted 3 hours ago Posted 3 hours ago (edited) Could mean absolutely nothing, seeing as the managers said we're no closer to a RW, but Koji is in England with his former Birmingham team mates...Looks like a leaving meal for Bielik. Edited 3 hours ago by BankEnd Rover 3 Quote

Makes me boil that just casually batting things off means that nobody is accountable, someone is always accountable for every action. Get after the root of it. You know that wouldn't happen. Ismael answered the questions over transfers apart from Travis and the game against Birmingham. Ismael was honest, straight and direct with his answer over the Lewis Travis situation. It was the right approach to be honest with the media and Supporters base 6 hours ago, rob_of_the_rovers said: Ben Doak going for £25m, what a world we live in Played for Liverpool in the PL and Scottish international. So who's it going to be...Baradji or unnamed right winger? I think its will be new player off the radar. Quote

Or the UK arresting people who disagree with their government being complicit in a holocaust. It just shows what these people are really about. 1 Quote

No. It's a strange decision so it will interesting what Ismael says post match and whether Travis is there tomorrow Ismael has told the Supporters based the Travis situation and he wants out. It's was a board decision from what Jackson reported.  20 minutes ago, roversfan99 said: Ismael said today we are no closer. Plenty would get behind that I'd think (apart from the LT's Happy Clappers). Quote

Which one or more of that bunch do you reckon has interfered in a pre-match press conference and decided what questions can be asked/answered? Gestede / Pasha are not directors and therefore not board members, if they have made the decision it is a lie to say the board has. Quote

X met our manager at the time and really wanted to sign for rovers, but stayed loyal to the gentlemen’s agreement.  X made a huge mistake in his PL debut. The manager never spoke to him again and he never got to fullfill his potential.  It could have beeen completely different if he hadn’t made that mistake or signed for Rovers Why not just name the player? I know who is on the board and on the companies house website. Sreenivasa Rao was at Tuesday's game. Could it be him? Elliott Jackson says Rovers board. Question for people who know much more then myself about this sort of thing than a novice like me. I've just pointed out that it seems unlikely to say the least that this board of 4 active directors has made that decision. That's what I suggest people do - ask questions and scratch beneath the surface rather than just accepting and repeating what other people say. I've seen a photo of a man sat next to Rudy Gestede on Tuesday. Who says it is Sreenivasa Rao? I've never seen him or a photo of him before. Maybe it could be Bob Coar, Gandhi Babu or Steve Waggot. One has admitted he has no involvement in decision making, one has never been seen or heard of in 14 years and the other was removed from the club 3 months ago. Some board of directors there. Quote

I know double speak is the standard for large organisations but they're not even good at doing that. I think we've got a chance to cause them some real problems at the minute as they are so totally inept there's no way they'll be able to deal with it. We need to take this chance and give them a good slap. Quote
