I will be detestated if Travs leaves us. To quote Janet Jackson: You donโ€™t know what you got till itโ€™s gone. Missed him so much when he went on loan during JDT era.ย

ย

That was Joni Mitchell first.

Love Travis, feel like there's a connection between him and the fans- academy lad, captain, all-round shithouse! Offer him a proper contract you and get him tied down!

However, if he leaves us for Derby he can absolutely get fuck*d as far as I'm concerned.ย

I've never been keen on Derby, even less so after recent events- hope they have a dreadful season!

Sammie missed a shot he would have buried for us.ย

I think that Szmodics season was just the perfect storm.

At his peak athletically, given a free role to just find space and score goals (a bit like Armstrong) and he hit a rich vein of form (that seemed to never end).

It was the right time to sell him - he'll never hit those heights again.

If Travis wants to go to Derby, then be my guest. He is a very limited player. Good at what he's offering. Shithousery and in transitions. It is always difficult when you dont't know what's coming next. But this summer we have spent some money on transfers....Will we get the money from said transfer to spend???? If it is the right players coming in or if they will flop. GOD knows.

If Travis dont want to sign a contract. Ship him out. Not to bothered.ย

Itโ€™s not up to him or us

Grady Diangana for right wing and Matt Ryan goalkeeper both on a free. Would solve some of our problems?

Diangana got lazy at WBA no?

Yes he has unless Val has now become a liar he stated after the Accrington game offers are on the tableย

And Travis has said on more than one occasion he hasn't.

Who to believe?

He has been offered a contract, for sure. A good contract? Valerien has said so, but again. I haven't seen the contract....ย

Not according to the player he hasn't. Which would tally with the woeful record we have had on all renewals, and also what Brittain and Tronstad also said recently.ย

Why would the club make him an offer if they want his wages off the books and a cheaper alternative in?

If his agent has said to Blackburn that he wants 20.000(?) a weekย  ย X amount of years and the club has communicated that 15.000(?) and X amount of years is the most Blackburn can pay... Then he would not have received a contract offer.ย

Why the EFF didnโ€™t Hirst do like that away at Cardiff? ๐Ÿ˜ก

To be fair he did, exactly same spot, keeper goes the right way and could have thrown his cap on it !

Ismael post Stanley game said Travis and Tronstad both offered new contract by Rovers

Travis last comment on contract was March

When was the last time a club got promoted by only signing cheap players? Genuine question.

Blackpool?

In April he did yesโ€ฆ.where has he said it after April?

Quotes from people who spoke to him outside the ground before/after the Accy Stanley match

Chances of the club suddenly offering him a deal during the dormant summer months whilst the player is away on holiday? Slim I'd wager.
