Yes I see Ipswich are on the up.  Probably 3 points we will have lost there, buggar.  Thise 3 points and a win tomorrow we'd be in the mix.

yes.  had surgery on an ankle injury in October - apparently been playing with injury since early 2025

If we can trade Norwich / Pompey / Swansea for a Stockport / Bolton / Huddersfield / Bradford I'd be delighted!

Same as with Coventry and Derby in the last few years. They got new owners and didn't end up with Bury in NW Counties equivalent. Crowds way up at both clubs and both above us in the table. Oh well

Seeing Devlin sent off for Portsmouth against Sheffield Utd brought back memories of Paul Devlin, the Sheffield Utd player. He was at his peak as a midfielder in the days Rovers were on the rise from the second tier with our own stars in Duff, Dunn, Jansen and co. Football seemed more exciting back then, though could well have to do with the fact of our current fate.

And Bolton and Potsmouth and Wrexham.....Bury still get same crowds they did in the football league, if not bigger too. Its not the end, its a fresh start.

Clubs need to hit rock bottom to bounce back. We'll have nothing but apathy by the time we do due to the slow death we are having

I was watching an episode of the premiership on youtube a while back, every pass forward, people running at players, 2 up top, barely a refs whistle stopping play every 5 seconds. Its like a different sport.

Venkys have deliberately relegated the club from the premier league and have deliberately sabotaged any attempt at getting back there.

He would be such a massive step up from them. And yes, I am well aware of how shit he is.

Well that win for Oxford was not a good result for us, but it gives a glimmer of hope that maybe we will be able to get at Ipswich again.
