The fact that he is still the best lb at the club over Dr Neve, Ribeiro and Cashin days it all

I don't think they sell and I think he starts on Tuesday along with Carter

Not saying it would be a bad signing in isolation but it seems his club is desperate to get rid and his contract is expiring at the end of the season. Should be a cheap and easy deal to get over the line so why wait until the end of the transfer window?

He'd always start for me over Ribeiro, but Cashin has done enough over the last couple of games to keep his place. 

Backed up by the lack of comments about Cashin "having to play".

I don’t think Cashin did anything wrong yesterday. Not much came down his wing until we went behind and we had to chase the game.

This is a very valid point. The lack of chances created is horrendous. Gudjohnsen we know can put chances away, but he is a poacher, a Jordan Rhodes type forward. If you're not creating chances then it doesn't matter who is playing up front. Equally, Gudjohnsen has had his good goalscoring run when playing alongside another forward, so having him as a lone striker is not ideal.

The players brought in have created more problems than solutions in that there is no clearly correct system to play.

Is there an official "Fans player of the season" run by the club at the end of the season? If so, and Alebiosu is sold, we should all go to great lengths to ensure he wins that award to embarrass the club.

Saying that, I'm not sure there is actually anything that us supporters can do that would embarrass the club more than the idiots that run it and I doubt they would even care! They'd probably spin it to say, "Look, even the fans know he was too good for little old Blackburn Rovers, we had no choice but to cash in just to keep the lights on".
