Total embarrassment. As a long distance supporter and attender (I didn't today, thank god), for this to have happened again rules out any more tickets for Ewood games for me and my family. Not worth the risk. In fact, right now, I dont know anymore why I'm investing any emotion or money into this club. It isn't the Blackburn Rovers I fell in love with. I'm ashamed of it and appalled by it. 15 Quote

If so, please pass on that they are a set of wankers They basically just said it’s not the clubs fault it just rains too much in the north west I've worked with Neil before. Decent bloke. Unless things have changed their entire business is tied to Rovers (their equipment/studio is in the Blackburn End) so he's not going to bite the hand that feeds him. 3 Quote

DeeCee Posted Saturday at 16:43 Posted Saturday at 16:43 What's the weather forecast for Tuesday? 🤦♂️ Quote
Salgados Hair Posted Saturday at 16:44 Posted Saturday at 16:44 Already seen a 'not venkys fault' on social media. Unreal stuff. 6 Quote
JHRover Posted Saturday at 16:44 Posted Saturday at 16:44 Accy Stanley still playing, maybe it's time we arrange to ground-share with them and then at least we can finish our games. 4 Quote

We will be applying to the EFL to play on Witton Park 3G when it rains! Pathetic. I bet they’ll have the front to try it on with the EFL that we should get the 3 points. I hope they do the stupid c****. Just fold the club at this stage. This isn’t the Blackburn Rovers we all truly know and love. Edited Saturday at 16:46 by G Somerset Rover 5 Quote
AvRover Posted Saturday at 16:45 Posted Saturday at 16:45 (edited) Odd how Blackburn always gets more rain than anywhere else within a 10 mile radius and those weather fronts that move across the county magically deposit their rain within 1 square mile of Ewood Park 🤔 The government ought to do something about this surely? Elrovers Posted Saturday at 16:45 Author Posted Saturday at 16:45 I’m not even angry because that’s how used to I’ve become to these sorts of things happening to us. Venkys have just completely drained the life out of me. 4 2 Quote

roversinmyblood Posted Saturday at 16:46 Posted Saturday at 16:46 I think that we were playing so bad despite leading by a goal that we would have eventually lost the game. At least this way when we replay the game we might have some of our injured players back and be a better proposition. We may also have some more players ( optimistic I know) as a result of the January transfer window. Quote
Popular Post Dolly blue Posted Saturday at 16:46 Popular Post Posted Saturday at 16:46 They’ve abandoned the game…..we as a club have been abandoned since our owners arrived. We’re done …. 18 Quote

Already too late, Rochdale who look to be heading for abandonment have already arranged to ground share with them.....because they're actually ripping their pitch up after today to sort theirs out 3 Quote

Global warming disproportionately affecting a small corner of Blackburn? That's darn bad luck again. Or maybe, just maybe, it's something to do with the tossers owning and running the club? 1 Quote
Bethnal Posted Saturday at 16:48 Posted Saturday at 16:48 19 minutes ago, Mike Graham said: The game at Accy is continuing on without a problem. This is nothing to do with the River Darren it is all to do with the old drainage. Waggott told us he was going to get the drainage sorted (he knew there was an issue) but the finances were not forthcoming. This is an expensive mistake by our owners and their representative. It is also an embarrassment. All those years of “critical friendship” really paying off! 1 Quote
Hasta Posted Saturday at 16:49 Posted Saturday at 16:49 £35 a ticket and they get to charge people again. Result. 8 Quote
RTM08 Posted Saturday at 16:49 Posted Saturday at 16:49 Another thing this does now is add a tonne of extra pressure to the Oxford game. We lose the extra 3 points a win would've given us, with a win taking them above us most likely, and the added pressure that if it's raining on Tuesday we likely won't be able to finish the game.
