  2. Why would this be mentioned at forum? It would mean a dificult conversation
  3. The players have proved time and time again at Ewood this season that they are complete bottle jobs. We have barely taken a point off anyone at home and just turn up expecting to lose these days. All we hear before these 'crucial' games is about how the fans need to get behind them and all stick together. Then when Saturday comes they play like non-league plodders kicking them in their own net or passing it out of play. Then after the game the manager and players say "we have an incredible opportunity next week to put it right". Well guess what dickheads you have run out of games.
  4. Thanks Duncan for the reply. There is only 1 way he will revenue targets and that is lowering the prices and make them more attractive to people/families to sell more and hitting his target otherwise it will low crowd and not hit his revenue target
  5. hoodwinking jdt and us the fans was the last straw, unless there is a pretty big price drop on season tickets this summer or a big transfer budget for eustace i can see us barely selling 4500/5000,though it`s obvious neither are going to happen i was delighted with jdt,we played some fantastic stuff, with backing he would definately have got us promoted, hence the problem, they don`t want us promoted
  6. I was at the Royal Albert Hall when he played this for the first time. A big guy in front of me just shook his head and walked out?! Buffalo Springfield - Kind Woman
  7. Big City clubs like Sheffield can always get away with though quite simply because there are that many people there and their fanbase is so big within the city that enough will always stump up stupid money. Thousands of long standing fans will have given up but there is always some to replace them and if they did reasonably priced ones they'd get 30k every week. The arseholes in suits with their power point presentations just cash in on whatever they can to hit their bonus targets as soon as they can.
  8. I think the previous trash owners of Cov City realised that dropping to league 2 was not a good investment, started putting a small amount in, to be able to slowly improve the squad. Then they sold the club when they realised they couldn't win the stadium through legal action. They realised that the asset needed repairs if they were to make money or sell for a decent amount. Our owners are too arrogant and stupid to even see that they are killing the club and need to spend to repair the damage. It almost makes you hope their private jets are made by Boeing.
  9. As soon as I saw it mentioned in the fans forum that the average ticket at other clubs has gone up 3/4% or whatever its clear what is being positioned. Best we could hope for is a price freeze ( which as another poster said is £50 more than most paid last year). If PNE tickets are £250 does that make ours almost £200 more expensive? Plus no free child places. And the club/players wonder why we are all so pissed off and won't renew.
  10. That's social media for you and the license for silly idiots to run around yapping nonsense on the back of a bit of success. Boro were the same a few years ago but the distances they travel you have to give them credit whereas the likes of Coventry couldn't be any more perfectly positioned in the country. There's a new lot every year going through the same old willy waving but iv'e been on there a decade and you rarely if ever came across one Coventry fan, suddenly they are everywhere. Probably be Bolton or Derby next year.
  11. Presumably the Wharton and Raya money will be drip feed in small amounts over their contracts. That probably means Szmodic goes to keep us going till after xmas. That or they will have to take out some dodgy loan like last time. This £1 for £1 offsetting with the bank of India seems to be pie in the sky as they could have already done that if it was the case.
  12. Reading those minutes have ruined my friday. I need a drink.
  13. We won't be, we should be and should've been before now but there is always enough money pops up to keep us hanging in the balance. There'll be enough funds to see us over summer then whatever first instalments from this summers sales will begin to drop in the account. Think we all know the Vs court case being resolved in Aug is pie in the sky but they'll probably find a way to drip a few more million in. Next summer we'll be really struggling though and probably a league 1 club and i'm convinced one or two inside Ewood see that as the future and are ok with it. Over the last few years this is 100% managed decline, something Waggot has form for, when a club like this allegedly so desperate to go back to the Prem won't bring in a bit of quality whilst in 2nd place in Jan TWICE then it's rather obvious what the script is.
  14. mcfadzean keen to stay at ewood insisting he`s got more to offer, personally i`de invite him to join the coaching staff, seems like a bloke you would listen to,he was very talkative on the pitch i noticed
  15. Today
  16. Sheff Wednesday released 24/25 season ticket prices in January, whilst 6 points adrift from safety! Prices have gone up too, dearest £720 if bought early, cheapest £460 if bought early, they only go up in price from there! Its good to know its not only us who has ******* bonkers owners.
  17. Or the £15 million for Armstrong... Kaminski, Phillips, Raya money.... the list goes on
  18. The owners, board and our senior management expect us to forget and many of us do. It's like the Maguire FU never happened, although as the ball in now back with Orlando they will be the reason why it never ever happens. There will never be an outcome for this fictitious internal investigation into what happened in January. They think we are stupid and they are correct in many cases. Lunatics running what is an asylum. And still I read expectations of a rebuild starting this summer. I can't make this up.
  19. Just send the bastards down and have done with it................Oh yes and throw away the key.
  20. "The owners have always supported the club, which will continue as and when they are required to do so."
  21. Proposing ‘crowd funding’ standard stadium works, I.e seating. The brass neck of them.
  22. When it happens I fully expect lies of it's safety to be made up to justify the closure.
  23. But think of all the lovely savings on cleaning and maintenance, the fact you could lose long standing ST holders will be an afterthought, just like it was with the Darwen End and Blackburn End Upper closures.
  24. Surely these facility repairs and safe standing could all be funded comfortably from the £25 million cash coming into the club since last summer? Or are we supposed to forget about that. Just like we are supposed to forget that not long ago Coventry were a 4th division side playing in Northampton, so yes I take exception when Rovers employees are using them as an example of what we could/should be. The only reason we are below them is because of mismanagement at our end which has been bettered by virtually every other club in the Football League.
  25. I'm sure it occurs to him every summer to do it and it will probably be the next step on Steve's race to the bottom which he will turn to eventually. For now he'll have worked out the costs and benefits. At the moment there's 1000 or so ST holders in there many of whom would be furious if the club asked them to move and many of whom wouldn't move elsewhere they'd just not buy. Most of these people will be in his 6000-7000 bankables who he needs to renew every season at his prices to hit his targets. He'll know that he's taking a risk if he starts going after those people. Expect it to happen only as a last resort or if relegation occurs and he grows increasingly desperate in his cost cutting schemes.
  26. Has the question been asked as to why Mr Pasha has never attended ?
  27. Well I sit there so don't want it to close, I'm just amazed they haven't seen the opportunity to close it yet.
