Yes Pc, laptop or Mac, just get into it via the Rovers website. Have you tried going to rovers.co.uk on your phone via the browswer, then first team fixtures / match centre or ifollow menu? Edit: Just tried it on android and you can get to the ifollow stuff that way, not got the app installed.
