  1. Well it's at least 1, 000,000 and at most 9,999,999
  2. Ya, the black sponsor logo is too brash for the light kit. Shame
  3. Wait a sec, on instagram the club just said we have signed a 3 year, 7 figure deal with the sponsor. How much are we talking here I wonder?
  4. Nice kit, sponsor extremely ugly. Like a big ink blot. Any possibility of buying it without a sponsor?
  5. What has been said about his attitude? I didn't hear that from friends that support Liverpool. I don't think it's as much of a risk as you say. It's a loan at the end of the day. I agree that we need to sign a winger also though
  6. Just to put a bit of perspective on things; Everton, Spurs and the Dingles are all yet to make a signing this window.
  7. Ah you could argue he did earn his shot to lead the line this year. It's just what DG will we get. Father time is catching up with him too, but older players have had great goal scoring seasons. We can hope he realises that his time is winding down at this level and he gives it a really good rattle. He has it in his locker. Ideally we would have another main striker though. Lets hope TM pulls one out of his magic hat
  8. We badly need a striker to support Graham. We can have all the wingers going, but if Graham is injured that first 11 lacks a real goal threat. We scored 82 goals last season. We would need at least 70 to get into the play offs next season and at least 60 to avoid relegation. It is going to be an ask at a higher level. I think Mowbrays comments make it clear that he understands this very well I think Dack could get 20, but I don't think we can expect the same figures as last season from Mulgrew and Graham.
  9. Great tune, would really motivate you. The 5 songs to pick from on the official website are not good. Very generic to very carnivaly.
  10. Maddison would be a great signing. Apparently WBA, Leeds, Forest and a few others are in for him too. Queue meltdown if we don't sign him....
  11. Hopefully he is in the new kit at the launch tomorrow
  12. I don't know if I have a gang lol. Ya, of course you can, I am not that sensitive Time will tell on transfers. I'm not too worried, I think ,most teams are finding it challenging at the moment. The sooner we get them in the better, but I appreciate it isn't straightforward signing quality on a budget.
  13. This article is hilarious. I thought the headline was funny, but it gets better. https://footballleagueworld.co.uk/blackburn-rovers-should-be-eyeing-up-move-for-6ft-1-defender-to-bolster-back-line/ Since when was a 31 year old an "old timer"? Chaddy, did you write this?
  14. I don't think we will be selling anyone of value. Re the striker and your comment on Mowbray http://www.lancashiretelegraph.co.uk/sport/16356342.striker-signings-a-priority-for-rovers-boss-mowbray/?ref=mac The reason Derby got him is because Frank Lampard is their manager
  15. I have no idea, but he did well to get 2 years, very well indeed. I get a huge surprise literally every time someone on here points out he is 30. I have it ingrained in my head that he is 33.
  16. Ronaldo is like the ultimate role model for young lads. The shape he is in at his age is absolutely incredible. If you put Caddis and Ronaldo side by side with no tops on, people wouldn't believe you if you said they are both professional footballers, or the same species. Ronaldo is a freak of nature though, so probably unfair to compare him to any players, let alone Caddis
  17. I would say we are doing pretty well these days, apart from 2 players that spring to mind. It is strange that Caddis got a 2 year deal though. I don't understand that at all. Should have been 1 year , no doubt about it. If he is just unfit because of being unprofessional, I see no reason why we aren't talking steps to legally cancel his contract for breaching it.
  18. It will be interesting to see how the likes of Dack get on against players of this caliber. He will be well up for it I would say. Big game player, even if this is a friendly.
  19. A lot of my friends support Liverpool, it's sad that we now play them in "marquess friendlies" whereas BV(before Venkys) we used to have regular competitive games with them. Be nice to win it, I just hope no one gets injured first and foremost though.
  20. Be nice if it coincided with a new signing wearing it
  21. Oh ya, thats true. I know Heineken were banned from sponsoring the European cup in rugby, so assumed there was something similar in football. Could be just that betting companies are paying the top dollar. How much is sponsorship worth to us every season does anyone know?
