Where has that performance been fir the last few months? Were we better of Millwall poor? I actually think we were much better. Doesn't change my opinion on Mowbray - One swallow & all that - but I never want Rovers to lose & it eases a bit of the relegation fear which was getting real. On the game, Trybull & Lenihan were excellent, THB did well, JRC likewise, but was obviously blowing out of arse after an hour. Dacky, well, it was more like Dacky. In his preferred position, linked up well, getting into the box & should've had a 2nd had it not been for a blatant foul which the ref somehow decided was a corner & not a pen. Gally much better up front (who'd have guessed! 🙄), and Buckley, after a dodgy first half, played some nice stuff in the 2nd. Yes, I've slated him in the past but, credit where it's due, he didn't look like a kid in a man's game today. 👏. Now, Dolan! Wow, easily MoM for me. The little fella was tremendous. Those Millwall defenders must've been knackered at the end. He never gave them a moments peace, like a wasp - constantly buzzing round them and just wouldn't fuck off! We all know the feeling! Well played lad. Gonna forget about TM for tonight & enjoy a beer, before normal service is resumed. Please Tony, same team on Tuesday.

Was just having a look at available managers & one that stood out to me as an interesting one: Roberto Di Matteo. Obviously a strange spell at Villa where he was only in charge for 12 games (Losing 4), but has done pretty well everywhere else, including a Championship promotion season at West Brom, where he took them back up after they were relegated from the Prem. Who did he replace at the Hawthornes? Yep, you guessed it! High profile (ish), previous promotion, out of work - could work within Venky's usual criteria & I wouldn't be too disappointed myself. certainly an upgrade on suggestions of Pulis! I'm sure someone will come along and piss on my chips though - other than the fact TM's going nowhere, but hey, I can dream! Managerial stats below for those interested:
