Please turn up Rovers. -
The only line I can see given is " reducing the club’s carbon footprint and helping tackle climate change. " On the face of it a few thousand paper tickets being printed by the club instead of potentially by the end user makes no difference what so ever. However when you consider that if they get less people attending, that's less people travelling in cars and less food consumption then they may be on to something. I'm all for Rovers being more environmentally conscious. Otherwise as a club they could end up actively supporting other environmental hazards, like disposable vapes, or something.

Is there any logical reason he has given for doing it, as I've yet to see one in any of their statements. Another charlatan.

Looking good looking at the seat map above. Let's hope they actually get all the bars open on the concourse for this one. -
No staff cuts. We just pay them less as they aren’t needed for as many hours, and hopefully any loss we incur from people not attending is offset by EFL ‘incentives’. If we piss the fan base off who cares, as long as we make more money in the immediate short term. It might just get Waggot his bonus this year, and 5 years down the line our fan base problems won’t be his problem. Its just a nonsensical, short-sighted decision.

I wonder if there will be no sales on the day to away fans? That would take the piss if the away ticket office was open.

They wouldnt have known the opposition then. Had we got a plum tie at Ewood they wouldnt have done it. -

I’m sure Mercer will be along shorty to tell us he actually backed Stuart Armstrong to score instead of Adam Armstrong and he’s opening his second vin rouge to celebrate. -

Tom Lockyer collapsed again at Bournemouth. 😔 Fingers crossed for the lad. Doesn’t look good. -

Rest him then. Play Travis or Garrett. Even Gilsenan. I like the lad but completely agree. -

Worst first half since away at Burnley last year. -

On the game, I also thought both full backs did well. Brittain has looked lost on the left side recently but was far more like his normal self back on the right side. And in that last 30 minutes a lot of pressure come down Pickering's side and I thought he coped pretty well. Those two with Tronstadt and Wahlsted were my star performers.. -

There's a difference between a keeper who has time and options hoofing it long, and when one of our full backs is being closed down near the corner flag and plays it to a midfielder in our own area who is also got a man right behind him. Sometimes you feel players play a pass when they are in trouble because if they do go long it will be a black mark against them from the coaching staff. If a player is feeling he is in trouble in his own defensive third he should be comfortable just clearing his lines. As @Tyrone Shoelacessays above, this doesnt really apply to last night because Carter wasn't in trouble. It was just a poor choice of ball in to Moran and a poor layoff off by Moran. -

Huddersfield away in April was the last one we scored. But you are correct the ones against us far outnumber the ones for us. -

Yes -
I thought they clearly looked a level above us. They stopped us getting into any of the good positions around the box we normally do. We huffed and puffed but created nothing bar one header from a corner. Therefore, yes. We looked far more dangerous against Leicester. Do you seriously believe we created more chances than them?

“We werent outclassed by Leeds and created more chances than them” 😂😂😂😂

There was an instance in the first half where they played a long ball over the top. Our defenders were on the half way line and their guy was a yard or so offside in our half. He chased the ball through and Wahlsted had to come out of his area to clear the ball. Had their guy not chased it LW would have just picked it up in his box. The offside flag went up only as Wahlsted played it leading to the free kick to restart being taken almost on the edge of our area, instead of 2 yards from the half way line as it used to. I fail to see any logic in why the free kick is now taken there, as the guy influenced play the minute he went for the ball and forced Wahlsted to come out. All that does is penalise Rovers. Bonkers pointless rule change which I can see no benefit from. Typically, we then played it short, gave it away and conceded a free kick on the edge of our box. -

He looks lazy and uncommitted. I thought he was bright in his first few games but @jim mk2 may have sussed him fairly quickly. -

Against Leicester we played through them at times and created good opportunities that we wasted. We looked more like scoring than we did today. I thought we lost every key battle and didn’t lay a glove on Leeds today. Leeds might not be creatively as good or as pleasing on the eye, but they looked a more solid, organised unit and I can see why they deservedly won at Leicester a few weeks ago. -

On the game, I thought they won all of their key battles and were probably the best side at Ewood this year. Saw no Leeds fans in the JW Upper. -

He’s a good attacking right back and looked decent when pushed further forward on the right. To be played repeatedly out of position on the left side of midfield is. worryingly Mowbray-Esque and baffling. -
