I know what you mean, but we can't just erase from our memories some of his howling errors, which were sickening at times...e.g. from behind the Rovers goal at Griffin Park! I guess young players do make mistakes and the question is about how long we nurture them until we can sell for bigger bucks. Mind you, some of the clowns that followed were a lot worse. He did look absolutely knackered at the end of the game and I worry about the lack of recovery time. Not sure who/how we play without him though. Nevertheless, his absence will be the consequence, should his tiredness lead to injury. Who'd be a manager?

I didn't watch, but my Hull supporting mate just rang to say Rovers were good. I listened to the last 25 minutes and I do worry about the way we keep sitting back, seeming to find it impossible to take care of the ball and get up the pitch.
