  1. Very stark to be reading this from you, Parson. Sadly, I feel you are right. None of us can be certain, but all the evidence does point to the fact that Rovers will never progress under this ownership. Meanwhile, there are hints again on this message board that there are moves afoot from Rovers centred business people to try and engage the Raos. Is there the faintest possibility that this 10 year malaise is entirely due to long distance over reliance on dishonest/ poorly skilled middle men, who have continued to mislead "hapless", but well meaning owners? I am in the "Hard to believe" corner... However, if Venky's finally agreed to partner with skilled people, who genuinely had Blackburn Rovers at heart, even I would want to give it a chance to work.... I hope these people are working quietly and discreetly behind the scenes. And certainly, they have my good wishes. However, if these approaches are merely ignored, I would expect them to inform us and I would want to put all my weight behind a new Venky's Out campaign.
  2. Damn.. Just when I was hoping for Eliot Ness' Blue and White Army!
  3. This. What a long list of duds, dickheads and crooks they have appointed! This is why it is hard to see anything but this death by a thousand cuts. For me, they have to go. Nevertheless, if someone could intervene and work with them to implement a proper structure with employees, who are suitably qualified, you never know. If someone could drill a hole in their heads.... for someone sensible to shit in
  4. TM's own messages about planning for next season, I guess. Personally, I haven't given up hope of his departure, but every day he remains makes me anxious.
  5. He doesn't though...
  6. He didn't start off like that at all. We endured a terrible run of form, when he first took over/sold Field etc...but it worked like Souness's appointment. He had a few games to assess the squad before the summer and aid his preparation. Mowbray remaining until the start of next season would be worst case...
  7. Only Glenn Hoddle knows...There is a rumour that lots of war criminals and villains from history all happened to be reincarnated and born into new lives, as Blackburn Rovers fans. Trouble is, none of us even knew-apart from Hoddle... What a truly awful decade....Everything and I mean everything comes down to the ownership, no matter how hard some try to find excuses and free passes for them... Badly advised/trusted the wrong people (again..and again?) Give me f*** strength!
  8. No, he went into retirement, as soon as he signed!
  9. Well, I think that we should go the whole hog and wear the Coventry kit-the brown one from that famous cup tie...
  10. Unfortunately, I think that may be what happens before we start to become a normal club again.
  11. Damned sure where one of them is coming!
  12. This. My kids have been calling me Mr Negative for a few weeks because I think relegation is a strong possibility. We have no method, no leadership, no fight and we look too easy to play against. The situation requires a managerial change!
  13. ..and announcing a new, long term "state of the art" partnership with Penis and Maggott Ltd, HSH and Barratt Homes....
  14. Any resemblance to the close season of 2016 is entirely.........
  15. Hmm..no accident that all our academy players are making our own first team, while we are a bottom half Championship side?
  16. Good lad! Is it possible to see how many people click on it...or if Conn himself reads it?
  17. Hahahaha...Occasionally, I make a point of going on to interrupt the apologists and create some dissonance...BUT I have to say there are some very positive responses to the Waggott letter. Obviously, also a lot of silent "members".
  18. Don't do Twatter...Screenshot texted to me...posted by "Mortgagecarl", who ( I am pretty sure) posts on here under another name
