Juventus went to halves because stripes weren't selling in the American market as it is to similar to an NFL referee kit. A whole clubs history and tradition changed because a country who has no interest in football thinks it's to similar to another sports referee kit Can you imagine rovers ditching there blue and white halves ( or quarters ?) for say Brighton style stripes so it sells better in India It's just little things like this that keep chipping away at what makes the game our beautiful game, the pride we can take in our local teams etc. It really irks me things like this. How long before the soul of the game is completely destroyed.

I can't comment on his ability as I havent see him play. We have all seen players have a worldie who when signed to a higher level are not good enough. I'm just saying to be playing at 28 for Newport it's more likely he had a good game than him being brilliant. Unless people have seen him play a few times

Seen him a few times. He was at Wimbledon before that. He looks decent at that level, strong and quick. I would have reservations about him being able to step up as his doesn't have a natural goal instinct and lacks composure at times. He reminds me of a poor version of Calvert lewin
