  1. Elliott Bennett has one asset. He is an engine. He should be playing in the cm instead of Smallwood or Evans. He is basically both of them rolled into one with some fire in his belly. Anywhere else he is out of his depth at this level. I wouldn't get rid of him because as cover he is our most versatile player and his character is unquestionable. He could be our Robbie Savage. That's how I see him instead of the incompetent Smallwood and that heartless waste of space Evans. Let him tackle everything that moves, fist pump the fans and get some passion and fire in that weak mentality side. Let him win the ball and give it to people that can play. That can attack. Not another defender on the wing. A Chapman or rothwell who can drive down the line , put a cross in or beat man.
  2. Coming down on the coach. Don't mind the idiots as long as it stays in the ground and it's all Abit of fun. Should have a few goals in it at least.
  3. First time down to Villa Park for me so looking forward to that aspect. I can't see how we aren't going to concede a minimum of three and see pretty much the same script that was followed at Hillsborough last week. Roll on august
  4. When a chicken can sniff out cancer, find bombs and missing children, tackle burglars and lick my balls on a Saturday night then they might just start getting the news space they deserve. I'm a vegetarian but if we're being honest chickens need to up their game
  5. Spot on. If we weren't shipping goals and having narrow defeats etc it's hard to argue with him. When you start 8 defenders every game, home and away and ship four then it's not good enough, from a football perspective and as entertainment. We are safe with a few games to go and season tickets need selling. Ffs Tony be a little adventurous and try something exciting. May as well lose trying to out score the opposition, especially at home.
  6. I know one thing. I'm sick of seeing artists like kalinic, rothwell, judge, king, cairney, rochina get under used and shipped out for minimal fees to excell and excite fans elsewhere why we have weak as piss " soldiers" like Lowe, Evans, akpan, Smallwood contributing the square root of fuck all to our attacking play, our defense and most of all our entertainment
  7. He's only holding the fort until bolton fold and Jason Lowe returns to take the armband and drive them into obscurity
  8. From the games I've seen Buckley has the highest chance of success and I'd say wharton. After that its down to how the individuals develop. It's so hard to call at this stage with injuries , confidence and cases like tomlinson etc. Not seen Garrett or the Lithuanian lad so can't comment and saw Lyons once where he did ok but nothing stand out. So Buckley and wharton for me
  9. I'd love to but I can't risk my wife finding out. We met on my chinky. It's a website for men seeking knights. Good with a sword she is. That's why she can never find out.
  10. Nothing to do with mowbray so sorry about that but is there only me who can see an ad at the bottom of this page for a dating site called my blacky. Anyway I've signed up and it's going well, I'm just dreading people asking how we met
  11. Then Lancashire united rovers wanderers of the north will be born. Someone get Mike bassetts number in there speed dial
  12. Or Gary bowyer's dad
  13. A mate of mine who is a Cambridge fan said he played really well for them, scoring in his nine appearances. he did well enough and was liked by the fans at Lincoln to be asked to return. The shackell signing hampered his first team appearances. Scoring twice in his first stint and once In his second stint and he currently has two goals for bury in 6 appearances. He also has a goal for us if I remember rightly. So he is decent at both ends going off the stats. He really should have had more chances here. I'd seriously see what the lad can do and rate him alot more than Tyler who needs alot more polishing before being considered a first team regular
  14. He also said that performances haven't dropped off , he knows we've played well just the results arnt going our way. That is coyle esque. Shipping four goals a game and the performances haven't dropped and we're playing well. 7 defeats I'm 9. Do me a favour.
  15. Has dack completed his community service ?
  16. Can u send an audio book of it. Kettles just boiled and I've got a lovely bit of lemon drizzle
  17. It's safe to say we would all like to see him in a kilt on a windy day
  18. Has he been pointing at her arse though whilst squatting near a bbq
  19. I hope it is macauley bonne. Never seen him play but a few podcasts I listen to were raving about him. I think mentioned it a while back. As for wharton it definitely has the jack o Connelly feel to it. I can't remember seeing an u23 so ready for first team football. Absolutely baffled by that one
  20. I Echo the above sentiments. Scott wharton would be first in the pecking order.
  21. 3 points if anyone remembers this guy
  22. Some highlights from a few days ago of the u18s playing the Garuda select. Anyone know who they are and why they played us and mk Don's this week
