Barnsley v Rovers
Trinidad Rover replied to roversfan99's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
Staggeringly poor all round tonight (bar two Holtby passes in the first half). It really is inexcusable the players weren’t up for this. Not a red but utterly brainless from Brereton. -

Decent enough half - we’ve looked more likely. Gallagher is way off the pace and quality required. Holtby and Brereton look class. -
Derby County (A) - Sunday 8th March [3pm KO]

Worst performance of the season on a day when we needed something. Worrying TM can the these players motivated to win a game with so much on the line. so frustrating. -
Agree - BB looked bright today. He is so much better running at players
-
Got away with a point there - worst performance for a while, but let’s take it. Badly missed Lenihan, tosin was sloppy. This league is crackers - how are we 3 points away!? on we go!
-
Positives: Nyambe and Brereton Negatives: everything else
-
Extremely poor today. Graham - thanks but your time here is done. That was woeful.
-
Samuel has looked a much better option than Gallagher. Pace and technical skill. Great option to have coming back at this stage!
-
Oozes class. With city’s problems at the moment I imagine he will make his mark there
-
Would you sign Christian Walton

Save of the season today...! Twice! -
Brilliant half to watch - best for a while
-
Where has this new Samuel come from!? Looks very good. Confident and skillful

All depends on what the alternative is of course...…..the real question is who do we back TM to recruit? Anyone better? -
We've just beaten a team 3-0, got our 10th clean sheet, are 8th in the table and 3 points behind the playoffs. With our 3 best technical players not on the pitch. Let's just enjoy it.

Beautiful! Brereton has been pretty good since he came on - looks more confident.
-
He was crap. Not sure we will see much of him again
-
Can see why Graham has hardly played this year. He's done - offering nothing. Such a lack of quality from both teams.
-
This lot are absolutely awful. Have to win this

Arma misses a sitter!

Yes, I’m sure he sits at home rubbing his hands with glee 3 of his best players are out for the season. Probably at the same time he draws up his plans to prevent us going up. -

No surprises really. Need to adjust expectations based on the injury list, top 6 is a pipe dream. You can’t blame TM for injuries and as he’s said, what is the point spending our very limited budget on someone who won’t start in future? -

Stick Brererton on. Nothing to lose. -

Exactly what you would expect with arguably our 3 best technical players missing. Solid enough. Gallagher really is poor though. Dear oh dear. Johnson also 3 Miles off the pace.
