  1. The ironic cheers from Hull fans... Are they kidding? Could easily be down to 10 men and should have about 6 on yellow cards!!!
  2. Good performance so far- well done lads!
  3. The players being pushed out also have an affinity with the club . Jrc, Buckley, Travis all academy lads replaced with nobody's from nothing leagues...
  4. Selling players for a couple of million then investing jack-shit in cheap shite from the continent. Wouldn't be surprised if we sold Leonard and Tyjon and brough Fode Koita back.
  5. I like Poveda.. definitely a player in there.
  6. The new owners said they were 'delighted, proud and humbled', vowed to 'absolutely respect Jack Walker's legacy' and to make Rovers a 'truly global brand'.And it emerged the Walker Trust had negotiated a number of commitments with the new owners in a bid to safeguard the future of the club."
  7. Be quite happy to have him right now . Given a run of games sure he'd do the business..
  8. I've not written Axel off, in fact I accounted for why he might have performed poorly.. My point was, he has looked pretty poor thus far and saying he looks better than Hedges based off those two games is crazy.. If he'd scored that goal that Hedges scored against Watford a few years ago you'd he salivating.. I can't say I'm a huge fan of Hedges, he drives me mad. He's tidy, works hard but has appalling decision making.. I am not writing the young lad off. I really hope he comes good. It's only two games.. but by the very same logic, to say he's already better than Hedges is also jumping the gun.. Not convinced by any of the new recruits ATM.. call be sinical but buying cheap generally (not always)doesn't correlate with acquiring quality.. you need to spend money for good player's...
  9. Squad's been absolutely decimated hasn't it?
  10. Harsh, he's played two games and looked suspect in both. I'm not saying he can't improve- I bloody hope he does! He's a young lad in a new country and is clearly a bit nervous.. However, to suggest he's done more than Hedges in these two appearances is ludicrous.. Hedges, whilst he most certainly has his limitations has also had some cracking games for us. Once/if Axel actually starts playing well I'll gladly shift my opinion..
  11. Did you watch the game last night? Axel was absolutely awful- makes Hedges look like Messi.
  12. Just feel complete disconnect to the club if I'm honest.. Doesn't feel like Blackburn Rovers anymore. Please just sell the club. Also, don't really like this strategy of forcing out our own and replacing them with cheap foreign imports. Whilst some of the lads might lack in certain areas, at least they all have an affinity towards the club after coming through the ranks..
  13. Wharton and Miller looked good Tavares and Henrikson were absolutely dreadful. I'll make allowances for Henrikson, young lad, clearly very nervous.. However, I don't see how either is an upgrade on Buckley. We had absolutely no control of the game. Trondstadt was poor. De Neve- poor Kargbo is a box of fireworks- really poor decision making and final ball tonight.. Didn't really give Gueye much to work with- looked like he cared though. Felt really sorry for Michalski - I remember a certain Mr Raya having a dreadful debut for us in the a cup game.. Made a few good saves. Cantwell, Ohashi, Buckley all did Okay If Ismael has watched that and sanctions the exits of Travis, Bucko, Trondstadt he's mad! Piss poor!
  14. Taken us from an established Premier League team to a shite championship side. Get out the club! VENKYS OUT and the rest!
  15. Nice one! I liked the look of Miller too.. Looks a right dirty sod! Is he any good at centre half?
  16. McLaughlin, I thought was excellent, great feet, composed, looks a bargain- the rest of the new lads were a bit non-descript to be honest. Did Tavares even touch the ball when he came on?
  17. What, but for having a goalkeeper save the shots? WBA look distinctly average, we've just no creativity or cutting edge- still should have had a penalty!
  18. Ref reluctantly blows when our lad goes down with a head injury, absolute prick!
