How do we get more excitement back into a fast failing FA Cup interest,lets make sure the biggest teams left in it have the best chance to make the semi finals.

Without a big benefactor or crowds in the 3,4000 range Chorley cant afford paying the players the amounts needed to really challenge in the NC.I think they knew going in it would be a miracle to stay in it more than 1 season,their downfall this season has been keeping leads,they have lost a ton of points from leading positions.

They're a part time club with little money to spend in a league of ex football league/ full time teams.I think they knew it would be hard to compete in that league without a benefactor to bankroll them or big crowds to generate money from.They went from being a big fish in a small pond to a little fish in an ocean of big whales.Their defence was what got them promoted last season but the higher league is showing mistakes get punished where they got away with them in the lower league.

What happened to Mowbray's view that getting a tall keeper would stop people putting crosses in,looking like a relegation scrap in order if he stays as manager all season.

No point in playing well if you dont get shots on target,last time i looked you have to hit the target to score a goal and we seem to be bad at hitting the target so far this season.

I have no idea what theyll do when they decide to sell the club and neither do you.

If they were just going to walk away from the club theyd have more than likely done it when we dropped into league one,the prospect of them doing it isnt at 0% but its not nailed on like you say.

That would be the ideal defence but will Mowbray pick that defence is another thing altogether

Puts things into perspective,we're worried about 3rd kits being off the rack and if we have a replacement for Mulgrew while Bolton and Bury fans are wondering if theyll have a club to support in the years to come.

I agree hes a better forward than Gallagher at the moment but I'm guessing Austin will be on much higher wages than Gallagher is,wages we cant afford but West Brom can.

We conceded 7 more away from home than Sheff Utd and Middlesbrough did in the whole 46 games.At least the home teams fans got value for money when we visited.

i think Mowbray saw last season that at his age its getting harder for Graham to play 3 times in 7 days and with a lot of midweek games in this league we need a second forward to lead the line when Graham gets a rest,He doesnt seem to have confidence in Brereton to do it yet so Gallagher could turn out to be a good signing taking up the slack when Graham is done.

I hate Pearce's commentating on any football match,i always put the game on mute when i'm watching a game hes commentating on.

Its the best signing Mowbray will do all summer.Great to see Johnson getting recognition for the work with the under 23s and moving up the ranks at the club.

My expectations will depend on what the squad looks like at the end of the transfer window,at the moment i cant see anything more than another mid table finish after flirting with a relegation battle.
