Can only see Dolan and Vale getting a hour anyway. -

What is the weather forecast for tomorrow night? One game postponed and another abandoned tonight because of heavy rain and thunderstorms. -

Fair enough on your first sentence. I was unaware of that. -
Ashley Phillips - signs a new deal
Aqualung replied to Sparks Rover's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
If playing first team football in the championship he should be paid accordingly. Plus, if he's fit for the Reading game, give him a shirt with the sponsors name on it as today, he was the only player on the park without one. Bit amateurish was that. -
Mine too. What a time for Rovers TV to go tits up

Wow

Superb finish bbd.

Tell your daughter to choose a new email address. One not linked to the UK. Sign up and register on rovers website then go to rovers tv and choose the £10 match pass for the West Bromwich Albion game. But of a pain but that's what I did and I live in Sweden. Good luck.

v Hartlepool Utd (h) - Carabao Cup, 10/8/22

Nice to see Scott and Adams mum and dad there. John Wharton was a good cricketer although I only played against him his latter years when he played for Salesbury in the Ribbisdale league. Nice fella too. -
Although I'm a Rovers fan through and through I've always had a soft spot for West Bromwich Albion. My first ever football kit at age 4 was an Albion strip, bought by mum and dad in 1968.why?, I will never know coming from Rossendale. Thoughts on Sundays game and team selections chaps. COYB.

Feet back on ground time come Sunday fellas. A real test awaiting us. But well done tonight and onto Bradford City. Hopefully on Sunday we are all still relatively happy. -
Bedroom curtains sufficed when I was a younger. About 36 at the time.

Rovers tv auto switched to QPR commentary... Bloody awful before that. -
I'm. Hoping Germany as well. They made hard work of their last opposition and if we can keep their forwards quiet....... Every chance. France are overrated defensively IMHO and Reynard, although good, isn't brilliant. Its the other end of the pitch that worries me...... Cascarino the main worry.
-
So who would we prefer in the final.? White taking a fair bit of stick tonight, unfairly IMHO as she's done well. Milly Bright player of the tournament so far for me. Good luck in the final girls... Every one of you deserves it.

Kudos Glen.... Thankyou for taking the time, effort and interest in meeting with Mr. Waggot.

2022/2023 Pre Season Thread
Aqualung replied to MarkBRFC's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
On the whole Swedish top flight football is pants. Littered with mistakes and many games played on plastic pitches. Most of the best Swedish born talent plays elsewhere in Europe and the stand out players here tend to be foreign born. A lot of middle Eastern players here. Just a few days ago I watched Norrkoping v Malmo... Poor fare tbh. -
Celtic v Rovers UEFA Cup tie 2002
Aqualung replied to BRFCS.com's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
The Dingles were seriously outnumbered. I think the attendance was around 27,000 and more than half that were celtic fans. I remembered the morning after at school and a few of my mates turned up black and blue. Celtic fans still in Burnley residents back gardens the day after. And I may add, I can remember a photo of what tools the celtic fans brought down on the train.... Truly horrific. As a side note, my best mate presented the match ball to the referee that night.... Pat Partridge. Jodrell post re the fencing getting getting ripped up is spot on.. Used as spears by those celtic idiots. Can't compare dingles v celtic those days.
