It's too expensive for a championship club to produce a programme. Apparently. We'll be in League Two soon enough though so we can at least look forward to the match day programme returning. No need to employ someone to write articles, put it together, printing, distribution and the people going round selling them on match days.

Those holes in that picture are due to pavement failure. This is generally mitigated by doing asset maintenance operations like reseals and rehabs. Preventative treatments. When the Tory scum got into government in 2008 they viciously and cynically slashed any and all funding allocated to areas like East Lancashire and BWD in particular resulting in the local road authority being left with no choice other than to do less than the bare minimum. With the total lack of funding available and the constant bad weather, the roads have completely deteriorated. Then there's also the local corruption and pocket lining that's gone on as well. I haven't been back in over ten years and have absolutely no plans to do so.
