But having to shoulder the burden of leading the line meant he was a bit of a blunt instrument. However putting another guy up there with him to share the work means he’s become much more dangerous in front of goal. For me there’s a lesson there.

That’s all you need to get out of this division. Why people think you can football your way out of it with less than excellent players is a mystery to me. With Dunn, Jansen, Duff etc yes but we won’t see the like of them again.

Call me old fashioned but if I see another opponents goal headed in from the edge of the six yard line with the keeper rooted to the goal line I’ll burst. When I played back in the Stone Age that was the keepers ball all day long and with a bit of luck he could have left a bit on the opponents as well.

I like the way they are set up 3-5-2. Having a pair of strikers usually pays dividends, of course we don’t play like that.

I hope somebody finds the time to leave something on that dick head Lockyer.
