  1. Ayala has done more to upset their back line in two minutes with his physicality than Gallagher did in 60.
  2. Bringing some height on upfront.
  3. Your first clue was Talksport reporter.
  4. Lansbury is a shithouse - done Edun and Buckley, dives whenever anyone gets near him. Also he's let his child doodle on his thighs with permanent marker, so there's that too.
  5. We've made two subs due to tackles by their players today. Just a dirty side.
  6. Their #15 would he off if we had VAR. Just assaulted Gallagher off the ball.
  7. Lansbury took out Edun and now he's just left one on Buckley. Getting that Scholes rub of the green from the ref - "just clumsy".
  8. Luton are a cynical, rough team but they're bad footballers. Their back line shits itself if you close any of them down.
  9. We're missing our three strike players. We were always going to struggle to create anything today.
  10. He hasn't played much football - it's a massive step up to match fitness from there.
  11. This is another crap officiating team.
  12. Lansbury put in a shocker on Edun.
  13. Why would you change a winning formation?
  14. I think he'd get eaten alive in the Prem - but then I look at our team and don't think any could make the step up.
  15. I want the Gallagher that turns up in our box to turn up in the opposition's box. He's a colossus when it comes to defensive headers.
  16. I honestly don't think he has any sort of stamina (or 'gas tank' as they'd refer to it in the UFC). He came on with half an hour to go against (I think) Hull at Ewood earlier in the season and looked sensational for 15 minutes. He was blowing out of his arse for the other 15 mins. I assume this is due to his past injuries - but maybe he knows how hard he can go, which is why he throttles back so much even when on as a sub for 30 mins. Obviously he can't make it at this level with that sort of fitness.
  17. It's not a conundrum at all unless he's explicitly told the team he wants to leave and will sulk for the rest of the season. If you sell him you HAVE to replace him like-for-like. Our new formation only works if you have a midfielder than can carry the ball from CM, otherwise you're never able to control the game and consistently create chances. It would be the same if we lost Travis - you need a CM that can cover ground and win the ball back in this formation.
  18. The Riverside was particularly empty.
  19. Worked for Steadinho for a season.
  20. I don't think we're going up.
  21. In a heartbeat. I've been one of Brereton's most fervent defenders on here, but that's crazy money.
  22. I'm still angry about those refereeing decisions.
