I think Travis for Szmodics and have more of a midfield 3 tomorrow. Maybe Wharton a bit further forward. -
I'm guessing this won't be advertised though in the fear that plenty will do it.

I would be amazed if any of the English clubs joined up with this after the widespread fan criticism and protests last time. -

I dunno, while i agree he's got potential he's 23 now, if he was to go he would need to be somewhere where he is going to play. Maybe in the summer to a relegated side with parachute payments? -
He did. He had just started to play pretty well too, had a good 5/6 games in a row where it looked like he was getting to grips with what JDT wanted out of him.

Bit concerned with this game after both clubs performances last week. We also never seem to turn up when Ewood is a bit fuller than usual either. Rovers 0 Watford 2 -
Brilliant, didn't realise there had been a change in that department. That comment always come to mind when someone mentions the marketing manager at Ewood!

Didn't Fraser once come out with the gem "There is nothing special about Blackburn Rovers" at one of those fans meetings?

Hopefully be big movement this week, Rovers fanbase is notorious for buying pretty late when there is no rush to get a ticket. -
Rovers Record for Last Minute Goals
MarkBRFC replied to Nuttall is lost's topic in Blackburn Rovers Fans Messageboard
The last time we scored an injury time winner in front of fans was against Sheffield Wednesday in November 2019. Closest we have come since is against Swansea at Ewood back in February this year which was the 89th minute. -

I live not far from Stoke and the local paper over here are running with JDT as a front runner for the job, but not the favourite. -

We usually beat these poor sides at Ewood. Think we will win 2-0, but then follow it up with another couple of defeats. -

Sam Szmodics -
So we haven't gone behind to any poor teams in the last 18 months where we have only collected 1 point from losing positions?
-
4 wins in the last 15 league games at Ewood. 1 point gained from losing positions at Ewood since March 2022. How do we turn it around?

He was implying he made it up as he was in primary school, just like you have made it up today. Not a chance there was Leeds all over, apart from one getting a smack in the Riverside. -

I make that 4 wins in the last 15 league games at Ewood. Despite us not doing a lot wrong today and being 2 points off the play offs which is a great effort with this depleted squad, we have to sort this home record out soon, even turning some of these defeats into draws. We're too easily beaten at Ewood at the minute. We have also only taken 1 point at Ewood from losing positions since March 2022. -
Before yesterday he was signed up until 2027, now he is signed up until 2028. Hence it being a one year extension.
-
They didn't outright announce it, but hid it down the bottom of the article of ticket news for the game.
-
No issues here, anything that strengthens our position with him is welcome. Probably just not used to such announcements and fanfair for a 1 year deal on someone we were well protected with anyway!
-
Only a one year extension to his current deal.
