To be fair looking at stats like that dont give a true reflection of a game. I'm as critical as anyone, but when the triple sub was made just before the penalty I was feeling pretty good, thought we had set up pretty well with what is available to us and we're well worth the win. Thought the lads worked there nuts off. Really liked Kargbo and Hedges being on there correct sides offering a good balance, and even though raw and inexperienced I thought Alebiosu did well too. Birmingham never looked like scoring until we gave there goals and thats the most frustrating part. For me, I've seen this kind of team before at Ewood, done ok, nicked a goal, looked fairly organised before throwing it away. I have a feeling this result will set up how the season is going to go, we're in huge trouble.

Played fine until it mattered, and were worth the win as we entered the 90th minute. Unfortunately you have to see games out. Loser mentality from a loser club, there will be many more days like this, this season.

What on earth is this club going to do in the summer of 2027 when 15 of the current squad will be out of contract. Realise a couple will have the kick the can down the road 12 month options, but still.

Don't worry about anyone going. Jackson said there club have extensive lists for replacement players should any of the "1 year contract" players leave. I'm sure the lists will be of excellent, championship level quality.

I suspect they don't really want one. Players in attacking positions, even average ones cost money that we aren't willing to part with. They are hoping someone comes out of favour and aren't going to be registered with there current club in the last few days of the window is my guess, pick them up on the cheap. Remember week or so back when Jackson said there is money for a right winger, of course there is!

He will be better than whoever we bring in.

This club will find a way to make it possible. I'd be tempted to go with Alebiosu in front of Miller tomorrow instead of seeing Hedges do nothing again.

Whenever the new right winger comes in, I gaurentee he will be back up and won't be as good as Hedges. Scary times.
