  1. It's just our usual early cup match attendance. Coupled with the fact it's a Monday night on TV against a 4th division side and it's more expensive than it was in the last round against a 3rd division side and you have a very low home turn out. Crowds are dwindling though, as you would know only getting 3k or so before deadpool arrived.
  2. You could potentially have two thirds of the crowd that night.
  3. It's not like Rovers to make things difficult for the match going fan 🤔
  4. Best of it is, there's a Shearer night next month, and a Rovers legends night later in the year, at King Georges Hall. Why couldn't these have been at Ewood?
  5. Elliot saying reporting on the threat of a winding order would be sensationalist as the information has been readily available for 9 months. This is what we're up against.
  6. That's why signing a proper keeper needed to be the number one target. The one position on the pitch you can't mess about with or gamble on a development player is your keeper.
  7. A proper GK would have been much more important.
  8. I imagine they have to throw that comment in there as a way of justifying to themselves the current prices.
  9. Nicely tucked away in an article. There was a day where a day or so after the news broke the LET would have run it across the front of the paper "ROVERS THREATENED WITH WINDING UP ORDER" Not now though, clearly can't be upsetting someone. There will be loads, especially older generation that still pick up the LET and won't have any clue to any of this going on, as i doubt that Elliot article will make it in there, and even if it did it's just a passing comment.
  10. Nowhere near I would imagine. We'll limp on like this until the Indian Government tell them they won't sanction the cash, and that I feel could be years away yet.
  11. Unfortunately it will be more at JDT than the owners though I feel.
  12. Even if we lose, I can't see Sheff Wed or QPR winning there games this weekend. The 10pt cushion I think could last a good while yet.
  13. We know any cash from £1m or so won't be reinvested, at best we get another 19-22 year old loan who has anything form 10-30 professional games under his belt. Seeing as we are sleepwalking into a relegation battle I think I would rather keep our most experienced striker for the season, despite him not being great.
  14. The keeper whichever plays will give them a goal, and we will concede at least one header from a set piece/long throw. Anything after that who knows? Having to score 3 or 4 a week to win can't keep on continuing but i imagine it will. Rovers 2 Huddersfield 3
  15. This was my first thought. We're nowhere near the end game with Venkys if they can continue to do this every 3 months. Now the court accepted the first one I don't see how or why they will reject further applications. No sunrise on the horizon folks.
  16. No that's true. Shame as the extra coverage that Wrexham get it would be an ideal game to do that sort of thing.
  17. So 3 our of a squad of 20 or so. That along with results tells me that the playing style isn't working.
  18. One time I do agree with Philipl. 10pts will be enough to see us through and we will pick up the odd result along the way to help it. The sides in the bottom 3 won't all of a sudden start to win every week.
  19. Even if JDT was to go, the next appointment will just have to follow the same brief of "playing the right way" and I just don't see us being any better off. The days of us employing an Allardyce style organiser to see us through are long gone I'm afraid.
  20. Could of been that I forget. Ridiculous discussion either way and has made me skeptical of the FF ever since. (Sorry @K-Hod!)
  21. The question should have been how do you replace Gallagher with £0? Because if we get 1.5m for him we won't be seeing any of it. Might aswell keep him and have an experienced striker on the books, we're in enough trouble as it is on the pitch.
  22. Don't take anything only2garners has to say seriously, same bloke who said to waggott and Co at the FF that we should put match day tickets up by £3 a game instead of charging the old waggott tax of £3 after 12pm on match days that we used to do.
