It’s how he always is and always will be, so I wouldn’t get in a day long back and forth with him about it (I’ve learned from bitter experience).

I imagine Lowe would take it, sizeable pay increase (imagine how crap his present cone and bib wage is if we only pay c600k for a manager when in a PL play off place), get sacked, get a pay out and then put the cones out somewhere else if he fanci… oh shit, wait a minute, we don’t sack managers. Lowey with a job for life then - would fit well with operation managed decline though.
