  1. A good writer, compare and contrast to the lad in situ.
  2. I don’t think they are, not possible if U12s have gone up 40%, but the total figure remained the same.
  3. As ST sales have been poor since Covid, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out adult sales have been poor since Covid. But they are obviously now poorer than ever, Why? Because under 12s were up 40% but the overall figure stayed stagnant, ergo adult sales have gone down, significantly. It’s piss poor, you know that’s the case as you are always banging on about the club needing ‘better commercial and marketing’, about not increasing prices mid summer etc.
  4. I’ll answer, even though you only ever seem to ask ‘99 questions. You *don’t* think just four thousand adult ST holders is a bad return for Blackburn Rovers?
  5. No as they have never previously split up the sales figures by price category in the FF meetings… question being, so why this time? I’d say it’s because next summer they can say ‘look we tried reducing adult prices [by twenty quid BTW], and we only sold 4,000, so we have to now increase pricing in the current climate.’ A stance that, of course, will be warmly supported by the clapping seals on social media.
  6. End of the day he’s a middling Championship player playing for a middling Championship club. Just like Hedges, just like Hyam, just like Travis and so on and so on. Next season one way or another he’ll still be a middling Championship player at a middling Championship club.
  7. But nine games is The Big Picture!
  8. Yet it is all still there, dormant, but there. I bet if you had asked around in the away end at Deepdale the other week what folks’ postcodes are I imagine you’d have heard a majority (or damn close to it) of them not being a Blackburn (or indeed a Darwen) one. Yet the club does nothing, nothing, to harness that.
  9. Tim Sherwood was a cracking centre half, to be fair.
  10. How’s that worked out?
  11. Irony lost on the Chadster as always 😅
  12. We won’t be looking for a new manager this season regardless of if he ends up looking good, bad or indifferent.
  13. So Everton won’t be offering him the job next month?
  14. End of the day does the majority of the fanbase desperately want new owners? I wouldn’t say so, so WATR are merely following the herd with their approach.
  15. He’s a fella that just wants to ‘stay in the game’ against Plymouth, so there’ll be no dice rolling.
  16. Look at how many pick ups away travel had… and look at how many are outside BwD. This present pathetic set up is the very antithesis of ‘Think Big’.
  17. We did get in the PL (we won’t) you can only imagine the ridiculous ticket costs Swag would attempt thinking he’d fill 30k seats every week at any price.
  18. Oh, the season has to stop for this, again. England get to stroll around a morgue like Wembley on a Thursday night. It’s a ‘competitive fixture’ though so that’s good.
  19. File it with that ‘raffle’ they promised if we hit 10k sales (narrator; surprisingly a raffle didn’t see a surge to 10k).
  20. Can I get it on the home or third shirt?
  21. £430 in the JWU for a three quarter season ticket. Yeah, sure they’ll fly out.
  22. They can deliver this very quickly, yet initiatives like implementing safe standing (that is now well established at dozens of clubs) seems to be going very slowly, how odd.
