If you want a change of manager I'd want someone younger who can move the team forward into the 21st century concentrating on fitness levels as well as skills. I dont mean a youngster but a guy in his 40s or 50s whose developed a belief in the way he wants to set his team up, builds his team up and makes them better as a team. Does this guy exist?
