In my experience we usually bottle it in front of a big crowd, outside of the glory years, especially away from home.

Just listening to some of the away followings today: 5000 Boro at Fulham 7000 Exeter at City 7000 Sunderland at Everton 7000 Villa at Spurs Its clear the fans hold FA Cup in high regard.

Yes I know all about that, he was targeted and went to prison. I’d have been in full support of Ricky at the time, it’s more recently I don’t agree with his politics, but I can separate that from the man today.

You’re right, they won it a few years before that, but still a giant killing in ever sense of the word.

Derby County 3 Blackburn Rovers 1 FA Cup 5th Round Feb 26 1977 Att 30,439 (6000 away fans) Hope posters can read the report? Who went?

Still the best cup competition in the world, pity clubs these days treat it with so much disrespect. Macclesfied (National League N) 2 - Crystal Palace (FA CUP Holders) 1

I love Ricky Tomlinson, glad to see he’s still going strong and loving life to the full. I also noticed he’s touring working men’s clubs around the North: St Teresas social club Preston He’s doing 3 nights at Croston Social Club Leyland. Nowt in Rochdale Tyrone.

I spent ages trying to work out who the old chap was at the front, thinking he was the ex-Rover, then I noticed Mike Newel 🤣

Well done to Australia who have once again proven they are a much better side than this current England lineup. The media and especially for me the TMS team, had convinced themselves we’d beat Australia at a canter. Since Perth we’ve had to listen to them outraged because they got it wrong, very wrong, it’s pathetic listening to them on TMS to be honest. Don't get me wrong, we’ve handed several results to them on a plate, but they are simply a better side than us, it’s as simple as that.

It Gives us hope at Ewood that Hearts have produced a side like they have right now. They may not win the league, but the club was in turmoil until recently, now look at them.

Jason Wilcox, also know as Handbag if you stood on The Riverside, where he was given dogs abuse early in his career. Keith Andrews is one of the only players booed when announced in the starting lineup! Not heard that to often at Ewood thankfully. Tough being a football at times.

Yes an old picture of Spotland, good effort.

If we got lucky, they’d find a way to balls it up, it’s pointless, history tells us that. -

Watching the Celtic fans giving it to the board in the ground yesterday, I'm very surprised our lot get such an easy ride in JW Upper. You can voice an opinion without being thrown out and banned, far to easy for Pasha & Gestede right now. -

Pears should never have been put in that position in the first place, he clearly thought the attacker was going for the far post and couldn't adjust, but it wasn't as bad as everyone is making out. He made a couple of saves that kept things at 0-2 and us in the game, they seem to have gone unnoticed. I'd not be dropping Pears based on recent performances. -
This lad has singlehandedly brought darts to a younger generation, the sport is booming. This had now dominates the sport through graft and hard work, what’s not to like?
