You know what has struck me about the celebrations and all the hype around the players coming back? To my knowledge, nobody has spoken out against the regime. You listen to the interviews, all the warm words, but nobody hammering the owners. Is it more important to have a few free tickets a season, than to protect this club and its fans? So disappointing, an opportunity missed.

I’ve just watched American Godfathers - The five families, on Sky History. I think it’s based on Selwyn Raabs book - The Five Families - Which for me is the best book on American organised crime I’ve read.
