  1. You've been going to football long enough to know if you bait 4000 fans in a highly charged atmosphere you're encouraging a reaction. The rights and wrongs of it don't come into it for me, don't put yourself and your team mates in that position. Should fans be throwing stuff at players, absolutely not, but don't be surprised if they do, its football, not snooker.
  2. We may still go up this season, losing a few now isn't the end of the world due to where Mowbray and this young team have got us. You've been doing this for longer than I have, keep the faith, you just never know.
  3. Tony Mowbray fits the bill for these owners, he'll be making a significant return on investment with players bought and sold, he's willing to work on a shoestring budget and he's created a young exciting team that are punching well above their weight in this division. New contract coming and he deserves it.
  4. The Forest player ran straight to the Blackburn End after he scored to bait the crowd, that set the scene, you reap what you sow I'm afraid.
  5. https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/cricket/60302401 A new era begins, sweeping changes, exactly what’s required.
  6. Imagine being 20 games into the season and only having 1 win? No surprise the place is like a morgue. Awful team, awful league.
  7. Harry McGuire has got to be one of the biggest wastes of money ever, Leicester have had Utds pants down big time. Phil Jones was another one..
  8. We need Premiership football to clear the debt and hopefully get rid of these moronic owners, but you look at this game tonight. Tuesday night, on live Tv against Man Utd and the place is flat, nobody is up for this, the fans that have come are going through the motions, silently. This Premiership football lark isn’t all it’s made out to be….
  9. You can hear a pin drop, empty seats galore, the most impressive things on show are the massive adverts. Premiership football eh….
  10. Anyway back in good old Blighty, we should have hammered Swansea, if only we'd taken the numerous chances that fell our way..... We don't lose many at home, I'm going for a 2-0 Rovers win, get us back on track.
  11. Goodness me, are you really comparing professional footballers to pilots? First class doesn't help you recover from running your socks off in La Paz 3.500mtrs above sea level. As I said, I'll defer to Mowbray, he's getting most of the calls right this season.
  12. Manager knows his players, I'll defer to Mowbray on this one.
  13. What nonsense rigger.... Have you ever travelled 14,000 miles in 7 days and played football at altitude? You're at the top of your game, you're fit for the bench but not to play a full 90 minutes. Dack will get a place on the bench shortly, great impact player, but wont be fit enough to play a full 90 minutes.
  14. I got an email from the club this morning saying Forest is now a Cat C game: Adults £20 Seniors £17 Young adults £12 U18 £7 U12 £5
  15. One poster Darren 🤣 Really? The majority of the site used to hang on to his ever word until they finally realised he was an arse, who couldn't take criticism, and had a marginally better record than Mercer, but it was a close run thing.
  16. Iain Dowie in the stands reporting for Sky, it should be a certificate 18.
  17. We could have and should have scored 4 yesterday Tyrone, away from home, but in the cold light of day we lost and thats the bottom line. We have a young squad, a threadbare squad, with players clearly suffering from the number of games played and new additions that will need time to settle in. My hope is that if we are going to lose and draw a few, now is the time to do it, whilst the new additions bed in, whilst players come back from injury and with a bit of luck we'll stay in touch. Its been a tremendous season so far, way beyond anyone's expectations (Ireland Rover aside) I just hope they can hold it together and reap the rewards Mowbray and this young side deserve. Onwards and upwards.
  18. @L.A.Rover Cheers for the reply, it’s hard to believe now that it was hard to see games in US at one point. The pub used to charge $20 to get in and I ended up in the car park listening to a radio for Rovers live commentary as the local feed had Spurs on most weekends……
  19. Are The Cock n Bull in Santa Monica still showing games L.A? Spent many hours in that place at 6am watching us in the Premiership years?
  20. A shout out to the fans that made the trip, even @Ste B who was seen leaving early on live Tv 😀 You're a credit the club and the town, safe journey home lads and lasses.
  21. Great shout bazza, I thought the same, just what we needed, but I bet wouldn't get anywhere near his wage demands.
  22. May I refer you to article #4x under the BRFCS rules that I wrote 22yrs ago 😁
  23. You may feel qualified to second guess the manager my friend, I certainly do not, his hands are tied by this threadbare squad. We’ve had a number a bad performances and results in recent weeks, I just hope we can come through it and push on. Fingers crossed.
  24. Manager did nothing wrong tonight booth, his hands are tied and we missed 4 sitters, you can’t blame the manager for that. New players look quality, just need time to settle in, it’s still on this promotion lark.
